If you have a paid for a placeholder, to get the OBB credit, do you have to book direct with DCL?

Or do you still qualify if you use the placeholder through an agent?

If you had booked your current cruise with a travel agent, you have the option to have them named on the booking when you make the placeholder. If you don't do that, you need to transfer the placeholder to an agent within 30 days of making the placeholder. Don't wait until you decide what cruise to use it for.

NOTE: if your agent provides any stateroom credit for using them, the amount might be reduced for OBB or transferred bookings.

I booked my placeholder on board and gave my TAs name when I booked. Unfortunately when I got back they had put me as the TA and I had to contact them to change it but it was sorted quickly. Just check they got it once you get home and itll be fine.
