On Board Credit?

There will be a card in your room showing your OBC amount and it will automatically be on your shipboard account.

On newer shops it should show on the TV screen on your stateroom account, but otherwise the ticket in your room will show it, or ask guest services for a stateroom print out.

FYI, in Jan 2013 we had a credit, but it was not on our acct. Guest Services called our TA and get it straightened out pretty quickly. Don't know if it was Disney's error or the TA's, but it was fixed.

Bottom line, at some point, check that you have it. Better earlier in the cruise than later. We stopped by GS many times during the cruise with never more than one person in front of us. The last day the line had maybe 25 ppl in it.

Ours has typically shown up as a printed notice a day or so into the cruise. Always worked. Never stressed about it. We don't usually review the TV account list until near the end of the cruise, but that's interesting that you can see it there right away.

The ta should apply it to you account obviously sometime before your cruise but to inquire about the credits call dcl and they can tell you how much you have before you leave!

You can call 3 days before your cruise to DCL and they can tell you what's on the account. ;) I've come it all 3 times.
