Stacie: I'm so glad Christine is home safe and sound (well, safe . . . . :rotfl:)

and glad that I get to see you in just over a week!

:rotfl2:

I don't put it on my feet!
Oh sure, now you tell me!

Awww...Beth!!
Makes me so happy that I am Indian & already tanned!!!
Yes, you are lucky.

Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate :thumbsup2 Unfortunately, I have experience wtih the orange feet and you will have to scrub the bejeebers out of the orange to exfoliate and get rid of it........
I did some heavy duty scrubbing, and I think I caught it early enough. It looks almost back to normal now. LOL But I've got to be careful not to do that again.

Ooooh, foot make up :thumbsup2
Foot make-up?? Oh now that is too much work. LOL It's bad enough I have to wear regular make-up on a daily basis. I think I'll just stick with my Casper like legs. ;)

I'm here! We got back from lunch, after picking Christine up from the airport. And I only cried a little bit, but lots of hugging!! Of course, she saved the best hug for the BF! Now we're all just relaxing, and I'm pretty sure we're going to have to do laundry soon. She left about half of her clothes there, she gave them to some of the locals she met there, and she needed that much space to bring home the stuff she bought!! I'm so glad she's home, it was hard having absolutely no control over what she was doing (I'm kind of a control freak, in case no one figured that out).

Not Bob, Jim Bob. Bob is my DH name, so he's not our night-time entertainment either, at lease not for any of you!! :rolleyes1

YOu better talk to him about that. Just saying.

Glad that Christine is home. Love to see some pics.

Dawn - one of my fav bbq sides is at a local restaurant here. They do coleslaw but they add blue cheese chunks and pecans (not sure if they are candied, they might be). It is soooo good.

I make my coleslaw with dried cranberries and walnuts.

Dawn is a saucy lady.
She calls her DH her boyfriend, ya know to keep things spicy! ;)

She knows how to do it.

mmmm. we are definitely going to have to do a cheese tray with wine while in Vegas and include some blue!

That would be great. Maybe we could do that on the night we were to do the Hunted Tour. Have a wine and cheese party out by the pool. Everyone brings a bottle and something for the tray?

Aaaaahhhh, got it. :thumbsup2

Wendy, where are you??

Remember that Jergens lotion with the tanning stuff in it that you said was super easy and no one could mess up?
Um yeah, I messed up. :rolleyes1

I didn't blend it well on my feet and now they are spotty, splotchy and a tad orange looking. :lmao: It looks ok on my legs, but my feet are looking pretty funky now. :rotfl2:

If anyone can mess up something that is fool proof, it's me. :thumbsup2

I need a pic of this...please!

How come?? Don't you have tanned legs and white feet then

Wendy likes the farmer tans.

Love this idea! There's a mediterranean market I found in Vegas once that has that weird string cheese and it's really yummy. Hmmmm. Might have to make/bring this other weird mediterranean thing that is so yummy--can't remember the name right now.

We could also do bacon wrapped dates (soooooo yummmy) and maybe brie?

Uhhh, you might want to rethink that. Even in the evenings, at the end of June, the night temp can still be close to 100. Your cheese will be melted and your wine warm. :rotfl:

Maybe do it later later in the evening. If its really bad, we can move it inside. But I think by the pool would be nice.

I never do. ;)

Yeah, maybe later in the evening. Definitely once the sun goes down or you'll be sweltering. And have a back-up plan just in case it's still too hot out.

Yeah, I was thinking like 8 or 9. That way we can be swanky.
