Disney World 1982 - I was three years old!

Me and the Castle

Me and my Mom and dad....If they only knew then how much this picture would mean to me now!

Bet no one knew 27 years later I would be standing here having wedding pictures taken.

My Aunt, Cousin and I with Winnie the Pooh!

We stayed off site and also visited Circus World and Sea World. Epcot was not yet open, the Ball was done though.

How cool that Snow White picked you up!! Beautiful wedding photos! And thanks for the sentimentality on the family picture in front of the castle - it reminds me to make sure to get lots of them on our trip

Don't post them as attachments. Upload them to photobucket and then copy the IMG link over here. So much easier. I always her nothing but trouble with attachment thing. And with them on photobucket you can post them on any site then

This is the Old Discovery Island - between the CR and WL. My DD and DS back in 1985



This is another part of Discovery Island back in 1985 my DS with a bird on his arm.

My last pics were so large. I dont know what I did wrong. I'll try something different here to see if I can make them smaller.

This is River country. I'm not sure where that was. My DSIL said that it was where the campgrounds are now. That is my DD coming down the slide.

This is also River Country. My DS and I are coming down on big black tubes.

The Main Street Electrical Parade. I can hear the music to this parade now.

This was the daytime parade at that time Mickeys Street Party Parade.

This is that fountain at Epcot that squirts water from one fountain to the next. Is this fountain still there?

Are you using photobucket. I beleive you can either load them at preselcted size...gor for a web size... and you can alos resize them on photobucket as well under edit.

I think I posted this here a while back, but your photo made me want to compare. This is me from 1979, I believe. I wasn't sure where mine was taken, but I think it's clear that it's the same place yours was: Discovery Island.

Actually, it's still there... sort of. Disney has basically left everything there and abandoned the site in 2001. It is close to where the Fort Wilderness camps still are - they were always there, too.

Those are great pics!!!!!!!! Thanks for sharing them! And yes, the squirting water is still at EPCOT River Country hasn't changed much since those pics you took. Well, except it is abandoned and there are no guests there I have some pics of RC that were taken recently from the boat to FW. I'll post them this evening if you would like to see what the area looks like now.

Loved looking at all the pictures. Do remember most. Loved 20,000 leagues under the sea. I remember when the characters would roam around and you didn't have to wait on a long line to see them.

Some of the clothes made me laugh. I remember when my daughter always put her pants in the big scrunch socks. I remember when the guys wore those long socks with the different color socks. Couldn't wait to get rid of my DH's as he didn't want to see them go.
