Do they provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets at the 2 bed villas in OKW ????

A starter supply of laundry detergent is provided, but I do not believe dryer sheets are provided at any of the DVC resorts.

One box of Tide will be sitting on the washer when you check in. I believe this will be replaced when you have your Trash & Towel day, and again when you get your full cleaning. They will not provide dryer sheets.

We bring a box of Purex Tabs and a box of Bounce sheets with us. We drive, but if you are flying the Purex Tabs (there are other brands too) are particularly great as they won't leak all over your luggage and you can bring just as many as you think you'll need.

Hope that helps.

You are right. They do replace it (if you have used it) on Trash & Tidy and Cleaning day.
I wanted to mention that it is a small box. it says it's good for one load, but if you do small loads, it may stretch a little farther.
We always throw some dryer sheets in a ziplock bag in our luggage since none of the DVC resorts provide those.

Thanks. My family get through a lot of dirty clothes! one of the reasons that we need a villa with laundry facilities;) I will take a box of Bounce, and some detergent too. One box of Tide wont do much good on my grubby families clothes:p ;)

last trip I brought with us laundry detergent and dryer sheets to use. I put the appropriate amound to detergent (dry) in a snack size ziploc and put them in a sandwich size ziploc so they were double zipped. Didn't want detergent all over in case one sprang a leak. I think I put the dryer sheet in the second ziploc so the stuff for a load of laundry was all together.

Just thought someone might like a traveling tip.

We always take our own detergent, I need Tide with Bleach on my family's dirty, grubby clothes. I have a Tupperware container that is filled and always ready for packing. I put dryer sheets in a plastic baggy. That little box of Tide they leave you doesn't go very far for us, one load of jeans or towels is about all I get out of it.
