OKW Annual meeting Question

I haven't received my notice yet for the OKW meeting. I think we may be on-site during this time, and are thinking about attending. We arrive on Dec 9 and Depart Dec 18.

Could someone tell me when and where the OKW meeting is, and do I need to RSVP someone if we decide to attend?

Chuck, I don't have the notice that they mailed handy, but here is the date from the members site:

December 10, 2003
10:00 a.m. Disney's Old Key West Resort
2:00 p.m. Disney's BoardWalk Villas

I think they do want you to register in advance, but I don't know that it is obligatory.

And the meeting is held in the Boardwalk Convention Center. I had thought it would be at OKW (an OKW meeting at OKW? Made sense to me)

Thank you , Simba's Mom. The 10th looks like it will be a drizzly, cold morning...so the meeting looks more interesting than the parks that morning

All the WDW DVC resort meetings are at Boardwalk, the others don't have a meeting room large enough. A few years ago, they held OKW's meeting at the Disney Institute.
