Thanks for the Birthday wishes for Brianna. She was allowed to be bumped up tot he 5-7 years old and she's so excited. All new stuff for her. And anybody that will listen she tells them this is birthday cruise. Having fun. Bri's in the club so I'm going to head to the adult pool.

FLM- Isn't great having all that "free" child care available any time you want it? I think cruises are great for single parents.

Well, can you believe this? HG called me this afternoon!
I didn't recognize the # so didn't answer. Realized too late it was his #. He left a nice message and said he would call again this weekend. Guess I read him wrong.

PW- Is chapter 15 about the calling? I thought I had this book but I must have gotten it from the library. I have the first Venus and Mars book and then Truly Venus and Mars (has passages from 1st book and illustrations. Very easy to read).

Leggs...who knows with men at times...good luck...you are right about that child care though on the cruise...I sat at the adult only pool for awhile today and it was so nice with no kids around...had a drink in my hand and sat in the pool...it was so nice

Went to Palo's tonight, the adult only restraunt, and going to dinner two in just a bit. STopped and saw DD and she's making flubber in the club and having a ball. Talk to ya'll later!

FLM- Glad you are having a good time. I LOVE Palo's. We ate there once for dinner and twice for brunch on the 7 day.

By 7:30 tonight, I was passed out on the couch!

We ate at Boma's July 3 at AKL and had a delicious dinner. Never got to see Stepharoonie or Dessert Guy. Then sat around the fire. Had a glass of wine. Watched the giraffes, my favorite. I met a lady and her mom there. Really nice and talkative. Lives one county south of me. She was a definite Disney lover but didn't know about the DIS. Can you believe it? And she is on the computer a lot. So of course I had to turn her on to our little world. So she could be on the computer even more

Chapter 15..."Why Men Don't Call." Of course, I haven't started it yet. Was just flipping through reading here and there. Wow! This book is interesting!!!!

FLM- Good luck coming back to reality. That's one trip I don't like taking. I could have stayed on vacation forever. There wasn't one thing I missed about home. Well, maybe one- my computer so I could DIS Otherwise I could never come back and it wouldn't bother me.

Here's a great thing I just discovered. My eyes are changing. I was farsighted. Now I have trouble reading close up. I have to hold it at arms distance to read it better. A nice reminder that I am aging

A good thing that happened yesterday- I got the title to my car in the mail. WooHoo!

Boy am I pooped! PW, I'm with you - never again. This time around it was worth it though. I made over $500 and my friend made around $150. Now I get the fun job of painting and cleaning my house so I can put it up for sale. The time has finally arrived where I can no longer convince myself that I need 2200 square feet - or that I can afford it.

We went to see Two Brothers last night. The movie was different than I was expecting, but the opening scenes were just beautiful!

Legs, I'm not surprised HG called back! He's a man. "The Rules" which I have never read would probably say its a good thing you didn't answer.

PW, I'm sorry you're having a rough day. (((Hugs))) to you. The book is definitely interesting if nothing else.

FM, glad you had so much fun on your cruise! And happy belated birthday to your little one - who is not so little anymore!

I just talked to HG. Had a nice conversation. He is going to be in my area next weekend and wanted to get together but I will be in Denver that weekend for work Darn it!
And I had asked dd's dad if he could watch her the weekend I am away and he said no problem with watching her on weekends now. Then when he was picking her up today he looked at the calendar and said "Oh no! That weekend!" Then he says don't worry, he'll work it out like last time. Oh yeah, like when she was passed from person to person.
Between these two things, I wish I was not going to Denver.

Just finished reading Suzanne's Letter's to Nicholas and cried my eyes out. It was so good that I read it all in one seating today.

Leggs...I would be thinking twice about Denver too. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it'll all work out.

Yes, the lonliness is a killer lately. An 11 year old certainly doesn't fill the void and definitely shouldn't! It's Sunday evening...I'd really like someone here at home with me.

Missed your computer, Legs? That was why I bought a lap top for my trip in December...couldn't live without the DIS and my e-mail!

LOLOL! I was going to say...I remember when I first noticed a change in my sight and mentioned it to my eye doctor. She told me not to get too excited about it since it's a sign of age. LOL!

Sounds like you did nicely, TB!! Yeaaaaaaaaaa!! Good luck with the moving plans. As my sister told me in her real estate days...stick to neutural colors. True I guess. I looked at a very colorful one...LOL!...here. It was too much. Nice layout, but I couldn't deal with all the color in it! The place I bought is much better. Kind of your basic off white, white ceilings, but the downstairs bedroom and bath are a light peach, and upstairs bedroom and bath are a pale yellow. Pretty! And I normally HATE yellow, but this is nice.
