Oh boy, oh boy... What have I done?! I think I need to sit down and redefine my goals to include specifics. I didn't work out yesterday or today, due to the fact that I procrastinated BIG TIME and did not have time to. My friends came in town yesterday, and I had plans with them and I still have not just hours, but DAYS of homework to do! I am definitely stressed out. That, and I have been out to eat every day since Tuesday. I feel so blown up! I was doing so well with working out up until then, and on Thursday the scale even told me that I had lost a pound! I'm sure it is back to haunt me now, so I have to get to work! I'm going to wake up extra early and go work out before church tomorrow, to compensate a little bit! Congrats to all who are doing so well...As soon as I have a spare moment I am going to sit down and consider my goals, and I am going to begin that darn journal again! I may even put it online! We'll see... How do you motivate yourselves to stay on track? I've been working on it, and did well for 5 days, I just have to get back to it! Keep up the good work, everybody!

Diet, exercise, and water in-take were completely blown out of the water last weekend. I don't really want to talk about that, though, because as of yesterday I'm getting back on track which is what's important. I did about a 3-mile walk/run yesterday. I'm drinking water this morning, and had a granola/yogurt bar for breakfast. I haven't weighed in since I started this challenge, but I FEEL better which measures up well in my book. I can tell the difference on days when I do exercise and eat right and days when I don't.
