Thanks for the laugh...I needed it.
Cora

Hello from Tampa,
Here is the update: Charley in now a Cat 4 and turned inland early. Great news for us here in Tampa. It should come ashore near Ft. Myers now. That means it will cut across the state very quickly. It should not go to Mass now and should be gone by Sunday. Only issue may be damage control here in Florida.

mwstar...I LOVE YOU!

Although I saw a glimmer of hope...the Massachusetts outlook is not good with the change in FL. Now it looks like the storm will track to the northeast which will bring worse weather. Guess I wait til Sunday, pull up the shades and see what happens!

Although I am being incredibly selfish with my worries...my thoughts and prayers are with all in FL.

Cora, it will not be a hurricane in MA. However, flights may be disrupted for days. Wait and see what tomorrow morning brings to Florida. Hopefully, all will be okay.

According to Delta's website, Cora's flight left at 8:43 and is in flight...

Hopefully she made it is & is on her way to a great vacation! :D

I was thinking of Cora this morning when they gave the weather report and said the storm was near Boston. I'm so glad her flight left on time!

I live right behind Cora, and no lights are on. So hopefully she is on her way!

Cora, if you are reading this then you are probaby back. Give us a call. We will come over to your deck for a trip summery.

Oh my gosh...what great thoughts and wishes. I think all the pixie dust helped. We are back without any hitches. I will post more in separate threads regarding updates at DVC, the Charley damage, etc. Had a wonderful time...don't want to be back!
