For the second half of my stay in Orlando I am thinking of renting a vacation home. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to find the best deals when it comes to vacation homes. Thank you.

I'm trying to do the same thing right now. I'm not having much luck! I was hoping to get a last minute deal, but most seem to be gone. OR those I've contacted are not available.
Try:

We've rented from an owner through vrbo..5bdr, 6bath, private pool, jacuzzi, and brand new:) You can pm me if you'd like more details:)

Check out the Orlando Hotel and attractions Board as well, lots of great tips and suggestions:)

We just rented a condo in Windsor Palm from www.villadirect.com - got a great deal. Windsor Palm is a beautiful gated community. All my research led to this being the best community. They also have homes for rent. And just 10 minutes from Disney World - we timed it....

We just rented a 3 bedroom pool home from Regal Palms. They also have townhouses. It's about 9 miles from Disney, they also have a clubhouse, pool, waterslide and lazy river. We booked through a travel agent and got a much better deal than the price posted in the brochure. It is a new resort and there are a few things that won't be completed until the new year. We are not staying there until May so everything will be completed by then.

Hope it's as great as the web site says!

All the info has been great, I really appreciate it. Thank you.
