***Official November 2013 - Part II*** (that's right....we're that popular!)

On the main restaurant page under the the part about checking for availability for dinner there was a box about it being available for fastpass for lunch and there was a button to press to check for availability. I just went back and know it is gone. It was showing up on different computers, under my son's login and mine for over an hour, now of course it is making me a liar.

Nope. You're not a liar. That's what it was doing for me too. It was there in moment gone the next. Then it was back again...and gone again. I figure that means they are working on it. Maybe there will still be hope for me to get a BOG lunch.

Got me the pixiedust I needed to deal with this cold.

Hubby and I decided instead of our names we put His and Hers on our MB.

My band is pink with His and his band is green with Hers.

With it being our anniversary month we wanted it to be special so that if we get future bands we will know where these came from. Although I hope to be able to reuse them for "next time".

And I didn't have a lot of FP needs so I just made sure I started my vacation with Soarin and put in Figment and Test track.
At some point I will probably commit to a second and third time at Epcot and make sure to get FP for Soarin again but for tonight because I don't want to think, I'm good with where I am with things tonight.

52 days to go.
Oh ya I flipped out when I customized my MBs and saw 22 days. I had to stop and think. As much as I wish my trip was in 22 days, I'm glad I have some extra time to get better and get things in order here. I'm so bad at putting things I don't want to do, off. I need to start taking a few minutes a day.

Dh just nods yes dear, ds is trying to keep his excitement down that we're leaving him home alone for 5 days, and dd doesn't care because she's not going (she's married with 2 babies, which I'm trying to figure the budget for a trip with them next year).

Dh gave me the okay to plan this trip for a Christmas present last year and things have worked out to help us; free dining, $69 flights, his job giving him a bonus which was our deposit. But I'm still holding my breath worried that something will go wrong.

But yay for Disboards!!!!

My kids are excited that I managed to get us Soarin' FPs for right after our dinner at Garden Grill. They get to revolve around a restaurant and then take a flight over California.

I'm sure I'm going to switch somethings around still, we have 2 half days and one full day at Epcot so we really have too many FP's for there considering not many things need FP. I still wish I could change them for more FPs on my MK days.

That is SO AWESOME! What a neat thing to do with your MBs. And they will be a (free) memorable keepsake for years to come now. I didn't even think of doing something like that. Hmm. Still have 7 days to customize... Hmm.

11/16 AK then DTD that night
11/17 Epcot until early evening then probably go back to resort to watch a movie under the stars.
11/18 HS for the whole day
11/19 MK for the whole day (but may take an afternoon break for swimming at the resort depending on weather and mood)
11/20 Epcot until we leave for airport in the late afternoon

That's crazy! For the part of our trip that overlaps, it's almost exact! Great minds think alike! I really didn't try to follow any plans (I just went were available ADR's guided me, with the exception of CM) but it kind of does follow most of those suggestions anyway.
11/15 arrive in the morning head to MK until the party, monorail and Chef Mickey and watch Christmas Wishes from Poly
11/16 fishing at POR in the a.m. for the boys and AK until close Boma dinner
11/17 Epcot
11/18 HS
11/19 MK Crystal Palace dinner staying for Wishes inside the park
11/20 AK EMH 'Ohana dinner
11/21 EP Akershus dinner
11/22 MK rope drop mid-day break at POR DTD and Raglan Rd
11/23 check in to AoA and spend the day exploring the resort. 1900 for dinner
11/24 Cape May breakfast and head to the airport

Welcome!!! On your 60 day you will be able to log into your account and check in online. Once you've completed your check in you will have the option to modify it at any time.

Hi Jacqueline! Welcome...I haven't been here that long either. Clearly everyone makes me feel welcome as I chat quite a bit and have quite a few posts already. I obsessed over the FP+ selections and getting them as soom as they were available (not until 52 days for me) also as my oldest DS7 is on the spectrum as well and I am a little leary of the new DAP system (GAC replacement) and how it might work. I believe going forward you have to be 60 days before FP+ choices become available though.

How funny, well we will probably run into each other on one of the 5 days we overlap. We will be watching Holiday Wishes from the Poly beach too on the 15th after going to Whispering Canyon Cafe. We originally had dinner plans at The Wave which would have been more convenient but my boys were not thrilled with their food choices so I moved it. We are going to Raglan Road too, but on the 16th.

I decided my days by doing everything the opposite of what I did last time. Last time I was constantly chasing EMH and I paid the price not only in exhaustion, but in more crowded parks especially HS. This time I avoided EMH and tried to use logic. After I found out about the recommended park sites I compared it and was quite pleased. Although I didn't always choose the most recommended park, I didn't choose any of the ones that weren't recommended. Some sites did say that Thursday was the worst day to go to Universal, but that day makes the most sense for us and I've been watching the line apps and Thursdays have not been the days with the longest lines. I think the time of year will help us a lot at that park anyway.
