11 days for me!!!!!!!!!!!

I got out the suitcases yesterday. Had the kids throw in all their Disney shirts for now (so they don't wear them between now and the trip). I'll add more as they come through the laundry. Then sort and start to really pack next week.

Still feel like there is so much to do:
- finish making fastpass+ selections
- Make shirts for our whole group
- Buy stuff for plane
- order stuff for delivery
That's just off the top of my head. I need to make more lists.

I told my sister yesterday that I have to start packing... She said "Start packing?! You have 3 weeks left!!" She just doesn't understand!!!!!!!!! lol

One week from now I'll be in a parent-teacher conference with my ears on. We're leaving right after for the airport.

But at the moment all I can think about is the video I still have to make and the looming deadline (midnight tonight!)

Anyone else adding this onto another trip or cruise? I am overwhelmed with having to pack for both ends of r adventure....anyone have tips n packing formal wear like dresses lso they don't wrinkle? We are going to Miami expenses paid by my MIL then four disney days, mostly paid for by my mom (lucky right? ) I don't know how we will fi tour things into two suitcases, but I will have to pay for a bigger rental car of we don't

Have two park days and there is no way I want to be in customer sic for an hour if we have an issue. Hope we still get one! Nt to mention I have never stayed on property or see a TTW card

I almost had a panic attack when I got home today! There was a voicemail saying that our reservation was not paid in full and that it would be cancelled if I didn't take care of it by 5pm tomorrow! I looked up my credit card account to verify the date paid and my checking account to verify the date I paid the credit card- both were fine. When I spoke to a CM she said she was showing that it was paid but she'd check into it. After being on hold a while (she was really nice and kept checking back on me) she had it all fixed! She said apparently the payment credit went to my original cancelled reservation, but that billing had it all straightened out. I don't know how that was even possible since I booked RO for CSR back in Jan., then switched to AKL with dining and military discount in July, and the due date for payment in full since it was considered a package was Sept. 19. Plus the second reservation obviously costs more too. So how did they credit me for paying more for the CSR ressie?

Just out of curiosity I did ask her if we have a mb and fp+ can we can still pull regular fp's with our card we get for our military 4 day tickets and she said yes. I'm not that worried about it but it is funny how different things are being thrown out there and no one really knows.

I may have to cancel our BOG ADR that I worked so hard to get.

We are using my nephew's passes that day, and it is a MK blackout day. We were going to be in EP that day, and just hop to MK for dinner. Hoping the blackout date changes

We haven't told anyone about our trip because they just don't "get it" either and we don't need any Debbie Downers involving themselves which tends to happen. We just don't vacation (Disney or anywhere) like anyone else we know.

It's also a surprise for the kids!!!! So excited!!!!

Totally relate. I'm not telling everyone and I figure he Debbie Downers are jealous so I talk about all my details even to make them more jealous. It's fully their issue not mine!!! After the day I've had......HEY DEBBIE AND DOUG DOWNER!!! I'M GOING TO DISNEY AND YOU ARE NOT!

So sorry to hear this. I hope it works out faster and well. My DH had a little panic a couple weeks ago. We had decided no matter what we are going! It's paid!

Thank you and everyone else for the positive vibes We didn't receive the worst news but far from the best. Looks like a job change will be in order soon.

We are totally still going on our trip. It's all paid up as well .

Correct me if I'm wrong here but It seems no one can ever admit to mistakes with a simple "I don't have a flippin' clue why we totally messed up your information. Here's a coupon for a free massage and foot bath for your mini heart attack".
