**Official Frozen Sing-Along, Oaken's, Holiday Premium Package Tips, updated 1/5/15

Can anyone who attended confirm if the pin and litho are one per person or one per group? Was it given when you check-in for the dessert party or when the event was over?

Also, when and where do you go for the Frozen sing-a-long? Do you check-in somewhere earlier in the day similar to the summer event or just show up at the time you want to see the show?

Finally, for those who have been or will be going, can you please report back if there is any benefit in lining up for the dessert party well ahead of the start time. It seems like people lined up an hour before check-in and 2 hours before it started for the first night. I believe seating is on a first-come basis but not sure if standing around for 2 hours is worth it/needed. Thanks!

We went the night of the 7th (first night)...we all 4 received the litho/pin pkg...two kids/two adults.

You check in for the frozen sing along as soon as you get into the park in the left...there's a sign indicating the check-in podium and then you can pick your selected sing along time. I don't think you can just show up b/c they give you little return time passes for the show to present to the cast member.

We stood in line for about 40 min so we could have good seating... We were about 25-30 people back in the line...don't think I'd worry about 2 hours in advance but I also wouldn't wait until very last minute.

Thanks for the report! Does your whole party have to be present for the sing along FP AM check in? We are going to be running for jedi training sign ups at the same time so splitting up would be helpful.

Is there any difference in the time you get to spend at the party on an EMH night? I originally had it for an EMH night, but dropped it because it's expensive for what you get (little ones so no alcohol for us) but mostly because we didn't want to miss Fantasmic. Now I picked it up for another night but there again, I think if I had a choice I'd rather do Fantasmic on a night that wasn't EMH because with 2 shows it's not as crowded. I still may cancel if I decide again it's too much but with a 7:00 time, it really blows Fantasmic out of the water.

The whole Fantsamic thing is the only thing I am worried about too... I am hoping to maybe able to FP Fantsamic after we use our other FP in the morning and maybe if we attend the later Fantsamic we will still be ok for leaving the party a bit early.... i dont know, i really want to do both and to have to pick one will be hard... Its also an EMH night the day I am there... so i just dont know yet...

Was at DHS last night and people approached the Frozen package dessert area starting at 5:30pm and were told that they wouldn't open it up until 7pm. Many people just left to come back later. A line started forming around 6. The lights turned on at 6pm
I asked the CM at the entrance directly and she said that the area will open every night at 7pm unless there's a huge line of people waiting, then they'll open a couple of minutes earlier.
The lithograph and pin can be picked up at the end of the dessert party or as soon as you want to leave the area for good (you can come in and out to see the lights)
I can tell you that last night at 6pm they were still setting up the tables (placing table cloths) setting the chairs and the food itself hadn't arrived by 6:30pm (that's when I left.

So maybe it would be better to do the early Fantasmic.... we wouldnt be there till right after it started with Fantsmic starting at 630, but it might be the best way to do both... i need to figure this out in the next week cause right now i still have FP for the sing-a-long that i need to drop if i am not going to cancel this party...

I guess i am lucky because i have an EMH night that does hav two Fantasmic showings

We will be there on November 30th and it shows (perhaps because it is an EMH night) only 1 Fantasmic, which means it will be super crowded. The other nights have 2 Fantasmic showings and I prefer the 2nd because it is less crowded. We were thinking we'd do Animal Kingdom and then hop over to HS for Fantasmic as we are going to HS on another day. I would cancel all our ressies for the 30th but I have a H&V lunch and have been unable to get another . So we were going to do the park ending with the Frozen Dessert party, but I cancelled it then had second thoughts but then I picked it up on the 2nd night but once again I am having second thoughts because if Fantasmic is at 6:30 and 8:00, Frozen is right in the middle of it and it's either arrive late (does the seating really matter - I plan to walk through the lights anyway -) or leave early which, after spending the better part of $500.00 is an issue with me. Is the cancellation limit 2 days or a week?

To update the first page, let me make sure I got this straight.

1. Check in for a Frozen Sing-Along return time. (Look for sign and check in podium on left as enter park.)

2. Package Sing-along line at the Premiere theater is across from stroller parking.

3. 6:00-ish the Osborne Lights turn on.

4. 7:00-ish the dessert area opens.

5. Pick up Lithograph/Pin when ready to exit dessert party.

Do we know a time the dessert area closes?

Is it feasible to do the dessert and Fantasmic?

That was summer. Nobody has given me the current one to post.

Though pictures show the cupcakes and Krispy treat bonbons are there.

Not sure if this is something new, a one day thing, or a promo that will be around for a bit, but Yulilin3 received this card upon exiting the sing-along. It has a punch out snow flake ornament.

For the special Frozen pin : is it just a generic A&E pin or does it refer to the event? Can't see too well on the picture.
Thanks

Just curious since the Sing A long has been running a few months now with FP I was wondering what people suggested doing. I did the show several times this summer with the return tickets and wish that they had kept them. How easy or uneasy is it now to get in without a FP?
