Okay, to answer in reverse:
For some reason, they do give you a completely blank player piece, so you can draw yourself in there sans younguns. Or you can draw yourself in there with Be and me for hours of zany green fun.
The object of the game is pretty simple: The game has a set of cards, and each card has a different Magic Kingdom ride. The backs of the cards are color-coded (sorry, NJ Mike) to indicate their land of residence (Fantasyland is pink, Tomorrowland is purple, and so forth). Each player at the beginning of the game picks a card from each color stack and must visit those rides and exit the park before his or her opponents visit their five rides and exit the park. With two players, it goes by pretty quickly, but with more players it is a bit more crazy. I think we are going to try a variation where the object is to visit as many of the rides as possible and collect the ride card from each one you visit (one per customer, sorry), and at the end of the game, you count up cards and see who visited the most. This version of the game will come with its own mini version of Sehlinger's Unofficial Guide for maximum efficiency.
Oh, and just for the record, Main Street in this game does not have a VMK location... yet. In fact, the game has Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle (so I guess VMK is in Tomorrowland over there?), but it still has The Country Bear Jamboree, Carousel of Progress, Tomorrowland Transit Authority, and Goofy's Barnstormer (that's not at Disneyland, is it?)... I did notice that the game does not have the Alice in Wonderland ride, nor a bunch of pushy AP holders who swarm City Hall at the command of Al Lutz to complain about the latest parade. Nonetheless, it is a cute, fun game.
