We've been busy with other items for the last 2 months, and been away. Today, I paid off the cruise, in anticipation of booking opening for us on 8/1.

2 weeks from tomorrow, we will be sailing on RCCL Monarch of the Seas. I can barely hold my excitement! We already have 2 nights booked at CI&S at the port, as we are taking advantage of the park & cruise option...I added a 3rd night before via Priceline last night for only $55. I was beyond excited it's the same hotel we love! We are just so ready for a vacation and family time together. We will enjoy some beach time, dinner at Rusty's, Fishlips, and may be a meal at Grill's too. We are heading to Kennedy Space Center for a day too. Just so excited to get away!

For our Dream cruise in Oct, we are staying at CI&S that Sat night as well...park & cruise again, plus dinner at our favorite pre-cruise restaurant, Rusty's. It's become a tradition of ours. I am toying with adding Fri night as well if we can get a great deal again via Priceline...hmmmmm Picking up DD from school that Fri afternoon and driving straight to the port does sound appealing!

Ok fellower cruise I was sitting here wonder on our 0ct 30th cruise how does the dress go i have been on one 7 night and we have one formal and one semi formal plus a pirate night and the rest casual how does a 4day go so i know what to pack and what not to pack clothes wise i know in the day i usually am in my swimsuit and swim coverups or shorts and a tee but wondering how dinners are on a 4day???

I just read an interesting tip on the DCL forum. We're a family of 5 who is going to Atlantis for the day. I have the CS room booked which will take care of 4 in my family, but we still need one more wristband. The suggestion was to find, if possible, a family of 3 or a family who needs two rooms and buddy up with them. If I could find another family that would be interested to list the room for 4 so I could get my one additional wrist band I would be happy to pay for 1/4 of the room fee. This would save not only the family of 3 but would gaurantee my day pass bracelet without having to buy it through DCL.

Hope this makes sense. If anyone is interested in the idea we can talk further via PM. I'm expecting to pay the full amount, but if this would work it would be great. Let me know if you're interested.

In prepping for FE's I was wondering if we have a cruise logo? I may have missed it. I could go over to creative designs and see what they can come up with. Maybe something about Halloween on the Dream 2011? If one is already done that's great I just need a place to find it.

One of my favorite DISigners on DISboards is Milliepie...she posts blank designs in her shared files. I love Jordak too, but his designs are all personalized. I have so many door magnets that these 2 designed...love them!
