We talked about having a central location to receive updated stateroom information. If you like, I can volunteer my door. I am on deck 7 midship just to port of the center elevators so I am easy to find. I also have a two pocket FE but there is only one of me. We can bring the spreadsheet and make changes if need be (during our meet & greet) then see if a CM will make copies for us. I can then place the copies in the pocket of my FE and folks can stop by an pick them up. This way everyone will know where I am and will have no excuses for not delivering FE's to me.
Anyway, that is an idea similar to what we did on my last cruise. And it worked out okay.
I am open to other ideas and suggestions. And I seem to remember that someone may have already volunteered their door?
70+ pages IS a lot to read through!

I just heard back from DCL concerning the mixology session - not exactly good news.
Hi Valerie,
Per Dorothy that things changed since the last time you requested the private mixology session is now $20.00 per person. It must be a minimum of 25, maximum of 50 guest. Please let me know how you feel about this.
Thank you,

I don't think we have 25 people interest, more like 15.

Hi:
So new to all of this! Thanks for all of your patience.
How do we find out what night the "pirate night" will be? Are there any other theme nights other than Halloween, Pirate, and Formal night we should be aware of?
Thanks!
Chantal

It's officially here! We cruise THIS month!!!!
What is the last day to sign up for FE???
I just spoke with DCL and they confirmed that the schedule is as Val posted
Holloween on night 2
Formal night - night 3
Pirate Night - night 5
and semi-formal night - night 6
she also confirmed that there would be porters available starting at 10 but that check in would start at 11, I'm hoping they start a little earlier as our sedan will be dropping DH and I off at about 9:45 and DH will not be a happy camper standing around with nothing to do for so longbut I really want a port upgrade so I don't want to change our sedan time

What are you hoping to upgrade to? Do you know anything about the cost formula for the upgrades?I just spoke with DCL and they confirmed that the schedule is as Val posted

Count us in on the FE! Still don't have a room number but I will post it in the spreadsheet when we do. Hopefully we'll get one soon - the suspense is killing me!![]()

Val,
I would love to know the cost formula for an upgrade. My husband wants to try for an upgrade and I have no idea how this works.
Thanks!
I believe it is approximately 50% of the cost of the upgrade pre-cruise so if you are booked in an oceanview cabin and a verandah is posted online at $500 more at the port it will be approximately $250. Or at least that is my understanding of how it works.
