Sally, Bonnie really wanted to see you and Barb. I told her about Monument Hill and I wouldn't promise anything. In fact, I had a reservation in the Springs just in case but cancelled it Friday. I thought it would have been fun for her to see her friend and both of you. Just didn't happen. I told her she needs to come out when it is nicer out.

Barb, sorry you felt I was hiding it. I didn't make definite plans because of our weather. She didn't even get to see her friend this trip either.

Heidi- you and I made the plans but I felt like we crashed the party since everyone else went sledding. Don't be upset...I'm not. It's just how I kinda feel.

Another thing...why don't you make an appt. for Saturday to try on dresses? This way we don't have to deal with Joey and Tyler. Let me know what you think. Your organizer should be in any day now. It's in CO at least.

Anyway, my kids have decided NOT to nap this morning so who knows when we will get to Sam's Club for milk. Maybe I can talk Heidi into coming with me this afternoon. I don't want to have to juggle two kids in this nasty cold weather!!

Bonnie, I would have liked to have seen her too....tell her anytime she can make it I would love to see her. You are so right about Monument Hill....I won't go over that when it is bad for anything. The Springs was a mess too.

Sally, sorry to hear that you are sick. Bonnie ended up getting sick yesterday and today she has a full blown cold. Won't be fun for her to fly tomorrow that is for sure. She is in bed now. She still refers to you as "Mom".

Barb, quite honestly. I have only been to your Kohl's once. And Cracker Barrel twice. The first time when we were trying to find a place to scatter our friend's ashes and the other time when we finally scattered them. We used to go to the Springs much more often than we have the last few years. I guess we are staying more in Monument now.

Heidi, once again. I am VERY sorry for the miscommunication over dinner tonight. Dad took care of the plumber because he was scheduled to meet him between 2 and 5. So Bonnie and I headed to Aspen Grove and got home at 3:30 and ate at 4.

sorry to hear that Bonnie is sick....not a good thing to take home from Colorado. I am feeling much better...even my knee is feeling better tonight even after forgetting about it and walking downstairs like a normal person.

Dick got his exercise bike today and it is in a hundred pieces...well maybe not a hundred but it seems like it. I know he is anxious to get it together so he can ride it. After he got off the medication that was making him gain weight he went from 209 to l80 something.

Tell Bonnie I said hi and to get over that cold....and give her a hug for me.

Sally, I want some sort of an excercise piece. It isn't a treadmill but eclipse is what I believe is the name. Bonnie gets sick a lot when she travels. I would hate to be her that is for sure!

We had an awesome time sledding with everyone. I think that was Bonnie's highlight of the trip. We also had game night here with everyone and played Imaginiff. Gosh, we laughed constantly. Heidi, she kept saying "that Heidi is off my Christmas list, if I sent cards", for the answer Old Maid. She has told everyone. She dies laughing telling everyone.

I have Graci today. I think I will head out right now before I pick her up from preschool. Have a good day everyone.

Went to Brooke's party on Sunday. It was good to see everyone again. I thought Julie's dad looked pretty good. Can't wait until Thursday when we go to the ice show. I haven't been to an ice show since my parents took me to see the Ice Capade's with Dorothy Hammill! I am dating myself!

We have a Cici's, but have never been.

It is a cold, snowy day, but nothing like CO in both departments!

The Christmas tree is put away.

I am sitting on my exercise ball right now. The doc wants me on it 2 hours a day, even if it is just sitting at the computer. This is the first chance I have had.

Sandy: Glad you and Bonnie had a great weekend. Too bad she got sick though.

Sally: Glad you are feeling better.

Barb: Jaymee will be fine, listen to your mom!

Barb, we have several Cici's here. Have you checked the yellow pages? Maybe you are lucky enough to have fairly close. They seem to be showing up all over town now. I don't think that there is one by Park Meadows which I know would be convenient for you when you come to town.

Denine, we have exercise balls at our house. Never have really done anything with them. Ted and Heidi played around with them a couple of times but that was it. Did they tell you how to know what the right size is for you? How is Julie's back?

Ya, we did more than play around with them. I almost went down the stairs and broke my back and dad went crashing into the wall. OR maybe I went crashing into the wall. Not sure, but I know they are dangerous when you don't use them appropriately.

Nice pictures...looks like a lot of fun. Wish we could have gone. Maybe next year.

I love my therapy ball...I have a couple of different sheets of exercises if anyone needs to look at them (Denine).

Barb- There is a Cici's I think close to the mall. I will check with my husband. There is also one on University and Dry Creek I believe but that is still a good 10-15 minutes away from the mall.

Tomorrow is my half day at the spa. I am using up my Mother's Day gift from last year finally. I get an hour massage, an hour facial, lunch, manicure and a pedicure. I am SO excited!!

Time to go warm up...I am freezing in the basement!

Heidi-haha, I have already checked out your book!! Oh yeah, before I forget and I will call you tommorrow...can we change the time on Friday to around 6:30? (It's a long story) If you want to come earlier, you can. I will cook dinner for all of us! Make sure to bring your bathing suit so we can go hot tubbing!!

No excuse but I have been very busy. Babysat Saturday. Sunday is always busy with Church, food shopping, etc. Monday would have been my free day but Diana and Derek came over with the baby and she was cutting hair. Tuesday worked andthe heater went out at home . This is the second time they have been here in a week. They came last night and so far it is working since today is the coldest day since LAST February! Today I am babysitting again (which I love). Tomorrow & Friday I work and Friday is our Holiday Party so I am going after work. Saturday babysitting.

I know you all are VERY busy too! Hope you all have a Whimsical Wednesday. Miss you all Sorry I couldn't make the Colorado trip. Toodles JEANNE

We had a bad fire not too far from us....an apartment building burnt that had 134 units....it started around midnight Tues. and they were still fighting it last night. It left a lot of people without a home and they lost everything. They didn't know the cause the last I heard.

Sledding looked sooo cold! I am not a fan of sledding, not even when I was kid. It looked like everyone had fun though.

Very cold today. it is 15 right now, but sunny.

Julie's back is still bugging her, but it didn't help that she slipped on the ice and fell last week.

It looks like we may be driving to WDW in April. Between the flight the car rental and the parking at the airport, it is looking like $1000. That is waaaay too much, especially when we have 2 more trips after this one.

I heard about that. They keep updating us up here in Denver about that fire.
