16 month old and pregnant mama

We are headed to WDW in April. My husband is running a Disney race and we are spending 2 days at the parks with our daughter, son-in-law, and 16 month-old granddaughter. Our daughter is pregnant and will be in her 2nd trimester. It has been many years since we went to WDW with a child, much less someone who is pregnant. We're planning MK and EPCOT. We were going to do AK instead of EP, but with so much closed right now, we changed our minds. I have a few questions:
1. I just want to make sure that the granddaughter does not need a ticket. She is not in our app, but she will be fine, right?
2. How does rider swap work?
3. I'd love to hear best tips for getting a child to take a stroller nap. We'd like to avoid going back after lunch, but will if we must. We don't plan to stay late. This trip is all about the baby and what works for her.
4. Any tips for toddlers and pregnant women are appreciated. We've all been several times and are fine with taking it slow this time around.

1. If you're staying in an onsite resort, the 16 month old will still need an MDE profile but she does not need a ticket. She also needs to be included in the head count for any dining reservations made.
2. Rider swap allows someone to stay with the 16 month old while group A goes through and then someone staying with the 16 month old can ride with a member of group A. You need to check in with the cast member at the front of the line.
3. This is totally dependent on the kid. Mine were excellent stroller nappers, but the stroller needed to be reclined or their FOMO took over.
4. Toddlers are weird and will be unpredictable about what they like and don't like. The general rule of thumb for pregnant women is to stay hydrated and they can ride anything without height limit (except the safari) and cannot ride anything with a height limit (except for soarin)
