When are you mailing your things. I have thought of this and even have the address and instructions on how to label the package, but am afraid it wouldn't show and then I would have no FE to give....

I am mailing mine out two weeks before hand. I mailed a box last time and it was waiting in my room when we entered. It was soo easy. You should do it!!!!

I am mailing mine Friday, October 3rd. I did this the last time and it made it. Never say never, but I have never seen anyone post on here that their boxes didn't make it. I ship mine UPS and I can't remember what it is called, but I get a notice from them when it has been delivered. I shipped two boxes the last time and both arrived at the port on Wednesday and both were waiting for me in my room when we got there at 1:30.

You give me hope that this will work...My husband keeps reminding me of the 50 pound limit per bag of the airlines....It would be nice not to have to have some of the things I will be bringing count as my luggage weight!

That would be a fear that I would have as well...Not to mention I dont think Mine will fit into 1 mailing box

I am not sure what everyone else considers to be a standard records box, but I am using one of the boxes that I store records in and it is plenty big enough for my FE gifts and all the rest of the stuff. I am not putting my bags together until I get on the ship because I'm afraid they will get smashed. Merkie goes to bed much earlier than me, so I'm going to use that time to put them together.
