O.K.- I need some help!

I am considering buying DVC. (If I was not building a house- I would do it no matter what, but anyway!!)

I was able to get a hold on the $86 per point SSR offer until Saturday.

I have not visited SSR but have stayed at BWV and been to BCV.

I really prefer BCV or BWV because of the location.

I understand you can buy a re-sale through Disney- but how much are these per point and are there deduction in the amount of years. I am not even sure about the amount of years I will get with the SSR contract.

Is the SSR such a good deal right now that I should make a decision by Saturday...or should I wait and keep doing research and buy at the resort I think I will enjoy visiting??

Also- is this such a good deal at $86 per point that I should not pass this up or do they do promotions frequently?

I know AKL will be opening soon- do you think there will be specials buying into AKL or will it be more expensive??

Disney charges $95/pt for BCV and BWV. The contracts there expire on Jan 31, 2042. SSR contracts expire on Jan 31, 2054 (12 years later than BCV and BWV).
