Greta DOF lionking! I think this is going to be my next lens purchase. I also checked out your pbase gallery, the fantasmic shots are amazing. Thanks for sharing
I couldn't agree more. That said, there was a time when my question would've been...."what's a camara" If I keep asking I just might learn something. I sincerely appreciate any & all help I've recieved on these boards!

I used PhotoStitch to stitch this one.
Nevermind!! I can't get the pic to post for some reason, but I used photostitch to stitch pictures of the Magic Kingdom together.
Yes it is. It miraculously appeared after I got my canon camcorder!! But it works great with my fuji camera!! I stitched together the entire entrance to Magic Kingdom.
That's amazing! I've never tried it before. How did you move your camera? Did you move horizontally (ie your entire body moved left/right) or did you make a pan (ie twist your body left/right)?
I was standing in the train station on Main Street, and just kind of panned my body around. I made sure that I overlapped each picture so that when I stitched them together I didn't miss any spots. It turned out pretty good, it was the first time I had ever tried.

I got my Canon S2 S1 yesterday, and finally got out to play with it today at Downtown Disney. Here a a couple of my first shots. I also included one of the sky this evening near my house. It was such beautiful colors, after an rainy dreary start to the day! We will be off tomorrow morning for breakfast at AK, and I am looking forward to lots more "practicing with my new "toy""! Hopefully with it being cooler, I will get some good photo ops of the animals on the safari!
We just got back last night from WDW. As always we had a great time. I used a tripod for the fireworks and took them from the upper-level of the train station.
I will post a few of the pictures when possible.
PS I pulled a bone head move and forgot to bring all of my memory cards for my camera so I spent the week with only one memory card.
The flag gives this a nice effect! Fireworks are my next mission next Friday night at EPCOT!
