Yup, took literally less than 5 minutes taking the pic, transfer them to the PC, run the program, save it as a file, resize, upload to Photobucket and post it on the DIS.
Kelly and Martha: you all inspired me to work on my PhotoStitch program last night. Here is the best one I did. Now I am looking for places to take the right scene. Thanks for the inspiration.
That's cool. So I'm guessing that I probably have that software with my new Canon. I have not loaded the CD, I have just downloaded using the Card Reader that came as the "package".
We spent the day at AK - boy - what a day - but that's a story for another board! I am still getting the feel for the camera, and I find it difficult in the bright sun sometimes to really know if the shot is good.
I need to get better at "zooming" ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM...
Here are a couple of my favs. We did the safari (of course my batteries ran out right before the giraffes and zebras and I couldn't get to the extras fast enough... that's kind of how the day went!) I did get some elephants and primates -mostly in the Pangani Exploration Trail.

I know it's been posted before, but I was quite happy with the Exepedition Everest photo. This was about 3:30pm. I got some shots mid morning as well.
