November Exercise Challenge -Time to do the Turkey Trot!

I'm going to WDW in 4 days!!! :banana: I plan on continuing to jog and workout while there. I was always one of those folks who thought "I'm on vacation, I just want to forget about exercise". I especially thought this at Disney since I do a lot of walking. However, I feel very different going into this trip vs. my previous vacations at WDW. I am excited about trying out the CR's gym and finding a good jogging path. I also plan on eating pretty well, with occasional daily treats.

Anyway, just ramblings of a weight loser on roll....

Walk, that's awesome! I plan to do the same thing when I get there in May. I never in a million years, would have thought that I have become one of "those" people. Heck, you do enough walking just in the parks each day, but that is truly one of the main things I'm looking forward too (jogging in the mornings!)
 
Off to update! It's great to see everyone here. Together I know we can do this! Try notntonlet the weather stop you. There are lots of things to do to keep moving in your house - today I purposely did 20 trips up & down stairs & then a watp DVD. Anything counts!

Vacation is just around the corner!! I already got some vacation exercise tips from my personal trainer. I can't wait!!
 
Nov. 8 - 20 min. cardio
Nov. 10 - 60 min. strength & 24 min. cardio

After slacking off this week, I caught up today. We are 1/3 through November, and I am 1/3 of the way to my goal!:woohoo:

Nov. 15 - 53 min. strength

Through Nov 20th, 655/1000. Back on track, but worried about being derailed by the Thanksgiving holiday.

I am a bit behind and need to ramp things up!
 
Ack, never did come back here after I signed up. I was derailed by my grandmothers passing and having to go back to New Jersey for the services. So I will be back in December!
