Hi Julie and Everyone,

I did 20 yesterday plus 70 today, bringing me to 540/900. Again, can't complain.
 
30 minutes today brings me to -

660/720

I'm planning on taking my first class tomorrow - Body Sculpt. So far I have only been doing the elliptical, treadmill and weights. I think being forced to try to keep up with the class will be good for me. Plus it's longer than I usually work out for on my own.
 

I did 80 today which brings me to 620/900. Probably won't make goal unless I really move tomorrow, but I can't complain. Thanks again Julie!

600/600 which brings me to goal 6 days early! :cool1: I'm going to keep going though because I really am training for WDW in 21 days! :santa:

1250/1200.

I'm changing my goal to 1500.
But, I broke my treadmill today. I've run on it at least 5 days a week for 8 years. Go figure. The belt/tread actually folded in the middle after 6 miles of running. It's going to be a week before I get the part, so it looks like I'll be running on the road. I don't like it, but I'll live.

Ok, didn't reach goal, but got close enough not to complain- I got 55 in today bringing me to 676/900. I'm thinking about setting next month's goal even higher as I'm really getting in to exercising. Thanks again Julie!
 
Took a 60 minute cardiosculpt class today which brings me to

720/720!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Next month I am aiming higher. :cheer2:
 
I did nothing today, so I didn't reach my goal. :sad1:
But, I'm happy with my 1370!
I'll go for 1400 next month, I guess.
 
1275/1800 minutes.
That's still 475 more minutes than I usually get!
I'm very happy with that. I'll have to lower it next time.
