Finally updating.....it has been a CRAZY week here. Food has, as usual, been HORRID, but I'm still plugging away. Activity has been just ok.
I am leaving on Thanksgiving for Florida, so this is likely my last update until December. I'll post December before I leave, or possibly from my DSis computer.

I'm changing my goal to 1500.
But, I broke my treadmill today. I've run on it at least 5 days a week for 8 years. Go figure. The belt/tread actually folded in the middle after 6 miles of running. It's going to be a week before I get the part, so it looks like I'll be running on the road. I don't like it, but I'll live.
I finally got in some exercise today. 30 minutes of walking plus 10 minute high-intensity brings me to 405/900. Don't think I'll make my goal, but I do have big plans to exercise in the next few days, so I'll get closer to it. Thanks again, Julie!
1035/1800. Getting sick for a week really knocked me out. I'd have to exercise for 200 minutes in the next four days to reach my goal and I know that's not happening. I'm just glad I would've reached it if it wasn't for being sick. Looking forward to the end of the month and starting again next month!
Sorry I haven't kept up here. I've been kicking butt, especially this last week. I am slightly over my 1000 minute goal and will be taking a rest day today but should get at least 3 more days on here before the month is over.
Only 100 more min to go, but only a few days left. If I stick to my plan I will make it over goal again this month! I like how that feels!
I was doing really well this month with food - thatis until yesterday. Now I'd better get right back on track ASAP. I really do feel better when I am eating right.
