WOW Bobsuzla.....I want to hear all about Discovery Cove....I have all the info on Discovery Cove but know my little guy needs a few more years before we indulge! It sounds wonderful and I can't wait to hear what you think! My DD would be ready this year but not my little tazmanian devil!

Okay...just making a note to myself here......I just read that if Dis'ers want to link up at tables together for dinner (instead of being seated with COMPLETE STRANGERS....as opposed to only semi-complete strangers found here on the DIS BOARDS....then you merely contact your TA or DCL and then the "link" will be made.

Please remind us all of this as it gets closer. I feel like some of this pre-pre-planning will go out the window (at least mine 'cause I am so busy! ).....and there is recently so much that has changed with the ressies and such.......

Anyone read the funny "memories of tablemates" thread? People are strange, aren't they? As long as anyone can put up with my crazy, CUTE!, and on the move kids we'll be fine! I don't expect them to even last half the dinner before they are off to the Lab/Club They are quite the DISNEY KIDS ....actually, to this day my daughter will tell you that she doesn't particularly like the princesses.....and she was never into "Barbie". They are just fun-lovin and crazy....playing "house" on the stairs tonight with their (pretend) cell phones, saying, "and you really crashed into a car!? You are gonna' be in sooooooo much trouble!"....."you don't even have your license yet! I need to talk to your parents and teacher about this!"

It sounds like someone is going for broke on this trip. I wish my budget for expenses was $20,000 If anyone need a spare fam, you can use mines

I truly am going broke for this trip, I have been scrimpping and saving for a year and a half. But $20,000...? My husband and i know that this will be a once in alifetime trip for us and our daughter, after all she'll never be 10 again, but she will be 11,12,13...

We did this once, it worked out great! I was cruising with my parents and my 5 yr old nephew, we linked with a couple with a little boy a little bit older, they were best buds!!

Hi gang!

My cruise planning has taken a back seat to working to pay for the cruise, ho hum! Anyway, I hope we plan some type of a meet and greet after we board. With the new reservation system, let's hope it will be less frantic, with more time to chill, now we don't need to walk around and get all those reservations. We are d kidless, so we are planning on Palos, at least twice. We loved it our first cruise.

But on our first, we wanted to do EVERYTHING and we ended up not having nearly enough time. Maybe I can steal some extra for the trip - sorta like daylight savings time ending each night...

Anyway, we are almost to our six month countdown, not sure how my ticker is set up so I will start the celebration today.

I just signed my daughter up to play Disney's Toontown. Are anyone else's DS or DD's playing this cute game? I just thought it might be nice if they know eachother's little character names so they can know when they are playing with someone from their cruise... It's a cute little game, can't decide who likes it more, DD or DH

Please tell me more about it....is it a game logged onto via Disney.com under the kiddie games? Not sure what you are refering to.......tell me more 'cause my kids are infatuated with computer games and the like!

Hi ya gang! To answer your questions DisNurse (I think) that my DD logs on at Toontown.com I know we got a free trial membership, and then had to pay something like 6.95 a month, but it's worth it, it is good clean fun not much to worry about if you know what I mean.

WOOOH-WHOOOO!!!!! Can we officially say we board the ship 6 months from today?
And more good news....I FINALLY received my passport in the mail today! How ironic!
DH, DD, and DS all received theirs months ago and I have been dealing with never-ending birth certificate issues! I must have resolved them at last and they sent me mine today! WOOOH-WHOOOO!!!!
