Just returned from a week at WDW and I must say that DVC advertising is absolutely everywhere, ad nauseum almost. Versus our last trip 2 years ago the ads seem to be just about everywhere. Almost embarassing for them to be using the "best kept secret" tagline. DVC is seriously at risk of becoming just another over-developed timeshare IMO (don't try to convince me ROFR is our savior -- tell that to Vero folks). Not sure what others think on this, but anyone buying in to DVC citing high resale values as one of the justifications should think twice in my opinion. I think the glut of resales will only continue to grow.
