Cant see $P/P easily or the listing agent (easy to weed out cross listed ones)

Nearly all of the crosslisted ones are AUL, SSR, and BWV. Maybe there's a couple outside of that, but it's not much.

Yay! It can take an hour up to a couple days depending on the if the brokers agent works on the weekends. Good luck!

In my experience, it has to do more with how slow the owners are in getting back to the listing agent. But again, just my experience. And sometimtes it's within an hour or two. Once it was over a week.

Embrace it more. Get an espresso maker for the house. We have an Ascaso Dream here. It's fabulous. You'll save a gazillion dollars each year over going to Starbucks--especially if you're up to multiple times a day.

I have an espresso machine, pour over, french press, and Keurig. (I have a problem). Today I merely went into Target and the espresso fumes hit my nose and I couldn’t say no to a 2nd one.

Do you get one membership number per contract? I’ve got my first 2 going through ROFR and didn’t think ahead if this would cause issues

One membership number per UY (use year), so if you have two UY you will have 2 membership numbers. If they are the same UY, you will have only 1 membership number.

One membership IF both contracts are titled exactly the same as far as owners AND both are the same UY.

Different owners = different memberships

Different UY = different memberships

What do you think of the speculation that this movie could lead to a revamp of Disneyland's Tomorrowland to use this IP? I haven't seen the movie yet but heard some YouTubers mention this.

We can only hope. I mean…. no one really wants an Avatar experience yet they are putting it into the park because the movies do well….

Oddly the Avatar land is better designed than Toy Story Land whose movies have a far larger following. I'm mostly for well-designed and engaging lands/attractions, even if they are from movies (or even better, something other than movies) that I don't think about much.

It was a very interesting choice to use DL PeopleMover music in the FF montage sequence

Every FF set design made me wish CR cash rooms were just mid-century modern rather than The Incredibles
