New word on AP rates

I have a friend, who has a friend, who knows a guy that is married to this girl, who has a cousin, who heard from this guy that owns store, that has a customer whose third cousin has a distant relative that used to work at disney who still knows somebody there that said they werent sure about ap rates, but they could be wrong.

I heard from my neighbor that his girlfriend's kid's friend's babysitter who used to visit the WDW a long time ago said that AP rates might be happening. But, she could be wrong too.
