Girls, AF is still MIA!!!

My appointment changed to tomorrow. So if AF hasn't shown yet, they'll still do the u/s and bloodwork. It may be that my lining isn't thick enough to shed. I did start having pink tinged CM the last week of my birth control pills (which I stopped Wednesday). The dr will be in to talk to us if something is wrong. I'm scared.

Well girls I go for my Baseline U/S tomorrow and I am really hoping my follies have all gone away and we can start fresh tomorrow. I would just like the chance to even try an IUI this has been crazy.
I also start low carbing it tomorrow so I can see if that helps the PCOS at all. Who knows

We're here for you. Remember it doesn't necessarily mean something is wrong but maybe something has changed. I'm saying my prayers for you.

Try not to be scared. It could be absolutely nothing....but if it is "something" you can't fix it if you don't know what it is. So I'm praying that it's nothing for you....but either way it could be a positive.

I wouldn't be too worried this is what happened to me the last round of progesterone and is why I had to take a 2nd round of it. I didn't shed the lining or the follicles that had grown. I only had spotting and that was it. Let us know what happens.

My lining shed and the problem follicle has decreased in size by half. She said this is all good news and they just did a blood test to confirm it was not a new follicle just in case.

So we will start shots tonight after she calls and I go in Friday for a repeat U/S and the if all goes well we can go for the IUI.
Also if I don't respond this time then we will be going for IVF by July and not have to wait anymore. So at least I have a plan in place and can go from there.

oh. Well I was on the birth control pill. So has that ever happened to anyone? I stopped Wednesday and everything I've read said AF should arrive by the 3rd or 4th day off of them. That would have been Saturday or Sunday. Do you girls think I just didn't have much of a lining to shed?? I had some light cramping yesterday and today. So I really thought some bleeding would accompany it.

I've been there Cher. Last year, my AF just stopped for 3.5 months. I had 2 u/s run and countless bloodwork to find it was fibroids. I am having something done about them this year. Don't be scared, it'll work out girl.

Hi ladies! I'm back from the spa today for my b-day. (33) Kenny surprised me this morning. He gave me flowers (red roses) and chocolate.

At the spa, I had a 90 minute massage, hair cut wash and style, and make-up application. My hair is quite a bit shorter, but it looks great!

We went to dinner at Gina & Guiseppes, an Italian eatery. I had pizza and cannoli. He had veal.

So, that was my day. How's everyone here? Missed you guys.

Things are good here I have to wait until Friday to start my meds because the RE is afraid the Follicle will start to grow again if it doesn't get under 10mm so Friday I start shots and Wed. I go in for an U/S and if all is well the IUI will happen Friday. WOO HOO!!!!!

I'm normally just a lurking on this thread but I had a visit to my GYN this week and she is sending me for a bunch of blood tests and an ultrasound. We've been trying for awhile now with no luck and now my cycles went from regular 27-28 days to eractic 15-30 days. I've also been experiencing pain on my right lower quadrant area, I had a cyst removed from my right ovary 10 years ago and I'm hoping its not a relapse of that During my exam she said that there was a lot of "fullness" in that area, not sure what that means

So my AF finally made her appearance last night just before midnight. Today I had my u/s and bloodwork. Well everything looked good. AND I was already ready to start meds! I guess with the birth control, my lining wasn't that thick, so it was a little late in shedding. But my hormones were already down to a good level, so they let me start my injections tonight!!!

DH did the first one (follistim 75 IU) and it felt like the triggers I've had in the past. I will do another tomorrow evening, and a 3rd on Thursday. Then Friday morning I go in for an u/s to see how things are progressing! I am hoping I'll respond really well to this dosage. If I am then they've already ordered another vial of 300 IU so that should get me through next week to the IUI!

I'm totally excited for this cycle!

Anna ~ Happy Belated B-day Chickie! Sounds like a dreamy day. I printed off some coupons yesterday afternoon for when we go to SSR next month so that I can get a massage! Yippee! Just need to schedule that on Friday Dang I can really use it!
