New Fastpasses and later ADR Breakfast times

Anyone else have trouble getting to early ADRs??

I have the choice between an 8:30 or 9:30 ADR for CP.

I know that before 8:30 is usually prime time for obvious reasons, but I was thinking that with the new fastpass system, it would not be the end of the world to have a later time, since we can have some fastpasses lined up and waiting after breakfast.

What are everyone's thoughts or experiences with this please.

If you want to do more than your 3 FP rides with minimal wait, I would try to keep your rope drop time free to do attractions.

I would do the 8:30 or I would push it to lunch. They have characters then too.

Thanks for the info. I ended up going for the 9:30, Thurs.

Not sure if I should drop a 1:05 lunch at BOG. We have never done CP for breakfast. Never booked ADR breakfast for that matter. My daughter is just excited about being in CP. We go every spring and just wanted to try something different. Not sure if I can handle buffet breakfast and then lunch so soon after.

We have BOG lunch on Monday as well. Following our first tour. We chose the Marceline to MK.

I love beast's castle as a refuge at that time of day. Too recharge and get out of the sun a bit.

I did not think about CP for lunch.

I am pleased w/my fastpasses for Thurs (day of the 9:30 breakfast). I figure we do not have to rush to get to the first FP noon window at Mermaid. Since this will be on our second MK day, I think we are okay.

Then time for the afternoon parade and will head to 3:10 window for Splash Mountain.

I am having to cut out some rides this year due to my back. Usually have a friend join my daughter. This year just the two of us!

It will be a more laid back trip. 2 days MK, 2 days Epcot, HS and 1/2 day AK.

I know the earlier CP is ideal, but I was just concerned about how slow we will be by the time Thursday rolls around! I think we are going to have some early nights this trip. We used to be super Disney, staying up till the a.m. in the parks.
