The atrium is a big yikes… and why Frozen again?
Totally agree with everything you said. I also worry about the Black Panther atrium ageing fast--the movies have been very popular but I'm not sure they're timeless classics like the animated canon.
Now if they could just keep their Marvel ship and not Marvelize future vessels. But that's just me being optimistic.I’m very happy for all the Marvel fans, and kudos to Disney for surprising all of us with the direction. Someone had mentioned how Marvel-ous the reveal patches were and this totally explains it!![]()
Yeah, it's always good to reserve final judgement until seeing it in person. But clearly, the heavy Marvel theme is polarizing already. I personally would have preferred a classic animated character like Hercules for the atrium (I feel that's the ultimate Disney story about becoming a hero). However, I know variety is good--it's like DVC resorts, different strokes for different folks. The good thing is that there are increasingly more choices of DCL shipsI would argue the first Iron Man movie *is* approaching a timeless classic.
The description of the grand hall gives me more hope about how it might actually look. I personally would want a grand hall to look more like Shuri's lab or the throne room, than what they have rendered
For us, it is less choices. Not really excited about the layout of the newer ships in general, but we like longer cruises.Yeah, it's always good to reserve final judgement until seeing it in person. Cruella is Nightingales, Sanctum is The Bayou, Haunted is Hyperspace

Yes, Mickey and the Magician was such in unexpected surprise with WOW factorIf you want a decent show - look to Mickey and the Magician (DLP) or Mickey and the wondrous Book (HKDL with a similar version in Shanghai by a different name) - they would both make great cruise line variety shows with various IP and are both great quality - they may need the add of a song here and there for length for a cruise show.
Not sure why that would be confusing? So do we think there will be no more marvel day at sea sailings in 2026? Since the ship is so heavily marvel themed, and they probably will have no issue filling it at that point because it will be brand new.
It would be really confusing to offer a marvel day on a different ship when all the new Marvel stuff is on the newest ship and there are no sailings marked as MDAS in 2026
For people who know DCL it’s not confusing. For new guests who are like oh let’s go on the ship with the Marvel stuff that could be very confusing if all of the new marvel venues are on a new ship, but they offer marvel day at Sea on one of the older ships. Not sure why that would be confusing?
Royal Caribbean and Norwegian are sounding better and better.Calling it now. Enchanted Garden on Dream and Fantasy will be converted to World of Marvel.

That space doesn’t seem like it would work that well for a world of Marvel. I still think they might add in a dinner show because they do have that center space.Calling it now. Enchanted Garden on Dream and Fantasy will be converted to World of Marvel.
