It’s been awhile, but I can sign up using an email I haven’t used in over a year and be considered a “new” member right?

My membership spired sometime last year. I found a $14 membership offer earlier this year. When I was signing up with my email, it gave me a choice to renew at full price or make a new membership with the $14 offer, which I did. I did not need a different email or phone number.

Today I went to Target and purchased several items for my pups (no gift cards) and my total after all discounts was $91.70. I did not receive my $15 reward. I will be chatting with Target CS tomorrow.

Moving forward, I think during Target Circle Week our best option when buying any gift card should be in-store. I realize it may not be conducive to your busy schedules but since the offers don't expire for several days and there seems to be a glitch during Circle Week this might be our best option.

Just a recommendation. I would really hate to loose another important resource for Disney gift cards as we don't have that many left in our arsenal.

I’m not sure what’s going on with Target..I know I’ve posted several times now with my problems with the Target Circle bonus rewards and difficulties contacting their guest services both by phone and via chat…I’m not sure where their “Specialists team” is located but I know their phone service is in Philippines and possibly also their chat services I just don’t remember having these issues before they made their Red card/Target Circle card changes…hopefully they will get themselves straight

I feel like in general Target has gone downhill in recent years in all areas: selection, price, customer service, etc.

I agree. My pet peeve these days is the inability to use self checkout if I have more than 10-12 items. It wouldn't be such an issue if they didn't just have two people manning the registers and the lines are 20 people deep each. I've basically resorted to do only Drive Up orders now. Last one, I had to ask for a refund when the light cream they gave me expires in 3 days. Like c'mon. I don't think their staff knows how to rotate their stock because the previous light cream I got expires in November.
