All this excitement. I need to get to bed but I'm too wound up!!
I think the pass to WDW/DL is too pricey for us. We too are looking at tinkerbell & wine and dine to get our coast to coast medals. But we can just skip going into DL or go only one day for that price! Yowza. I'm thinking the People who benefit from that one are the people who live in Ca, usually buy the DL AP but also visit WDW.
I am semi interested in the other pass bc it comes at only 20$ more than what the old discount was. But we already have "plain" APs and with such young kids I'm not sure we'd get the value (going to water parks..). I'm intrigued by Disney quest but again, not sure it's for kids our kids ages.
We have to buy at least one more AP anyway, so I'll definitely be doing some thinking before 4/30!
Is there still just the regular AP discount? Or would that be same price as PAP?
Don't see regular AP listed anywhere.
Not meaning to complain but I wish they wouldn't do these discounts for such a limited time. We are thinking of a DL trip next year and would love the premier AP for both parks. The problem is you have to buy it in person. I'm not going to the parks before April 30th. That is a lot of money to put out unexpectedly.
Ok I thought last year when I bought the voucher deal for the PAP it was like 425 ? now it is 484. I think I will pass and look into the Fl seasonal AP. Does anyone know if you can renew the PAP for the seasonal one. Thanks. Also I do not see a link to the regular AP discount?
So when you buy the pass, can you can wait to activate it till your trip? We go in October, and only for a week. I think we come out cheaper just doing hopper tickets. Unless we went a week earlier the next year.
So if I just upgraded park hoppers to DVC APs for approx $500 per a few weeks ago,I should then be able to upgrade those to premium for free or just a few dollars w tax right ?
Since you live in New Hampshire, at least according to your DIS profile. you are not a FL resident. DVC members do not have access to FL Seasonal passes unless they also reside in FL.
I did get the PAP last year when it was $399+tax, but I purchased it for the 20% park merchandise discount. Now that it is 10%, like a regular pass, I plan to downgrade to a regular AP when I renew. A PAP is not worth it for me, as I don't use the water parks, nor do I play golf.
