I hate to tell you this, but I don't think they were "overseas" Just "at home" and "at home" might be Texas or California.

Just because somebody doesn't "talk American," as the folks say, doesn't mean they're overseas. Disney is a pretty diverse company. Not everybody in America speaks like they're from the midwest.

Some call centers overseas train their people to speak with American accents as well... It's obviously a premium cost, but you may have no idea where the call taker actually sits this day and age... and of course, someone with an accent could be sitting in the US.

Only "new" thing that I see is "Perks and Discounts" is now just "Perks" and it's listed under "Membership Magic".
