Need info on sending a box ahead, please help!

We will be arriving at WDW on Saturday, staying at the Poly. I am new at sending a box ahead, but I've read so many people are doing it. I have my box ready to go but I don't know the address to send it to. I do know I have to put my name, reservation number and arrival date on the box, but where? In a corner somewhere? Does anybody have any more information and the address for the Poly? And if I sent it on Wednesday, would that be too early or too late. Help please. I'm sending diapers and juice, swim vest, snacks, etc. for the baby (and for us) and I'm a little nervous that they'll lose it or it won't get there. Help PLEASE!

I'd call the Poly and ask for instructions.
