We are leaving very soon for Disneyland, the scooter we were planning on bringing with us is out of commission and will not be making the trip.

Can anyone give me a listing of rental places that serve the Anaheim area? I've only seen one company, Scootaround, but would like to see the other options available.

We leave 9/4 so this is very last minute.

thanks for the help!

Deckert Surgical (714-542-5607)
Century Medical Equipment in Anaheim, Fullerton and Seal Beach 562-280-2840

I've heard good things :thumbsup2 about Deckert's and Century Medical. I have heard horror stories :scared1: about Alan's Wheechairs, so I would avoid them. (They deliver the ECV's w/ no charge in the battery, so instead of going to thepark you have to charge your battery. Also, poor condition of evc's and mix ups on delivery of evc's so someone has to go w/out one, etc.) They may be cheaper but you get what you pay for...

Good luck!:)

:scratchin But don't the Disney evc's have to be returned when you exit the park? Even to go from one park to another can be a hassle if someone is wheelchair bound, how would they get to the other side, much less get to their hotel if staying offsite?popcorn::

Thanks for all the help; I did rent one from Deckert Surgical. I had thought about just renting the ones in DL and CA but pushing my brother in his wheelchair from the hotel and back plus into DTD as well as managing a stroller just seemed overwhelming.
