We just got off the cruise on Saturday and met with DCL at the Downtown Disney location in Orlando. We had Edwin as our guide. Can someone please have pity on my naivety and explain this promotion and the different initials? Our goal with this would be to use the points for a cruise for our family of five every couple of years. We're from Maryland.

Well I can tell you if you plan on using points to cruise then DVC is not for you.The points for a cruise are .So unless you plan on using your points for a stay at the DVC resorts and occasionally using points for something else I think it is a really bad idea.
