Glad to know I'm in good company! I don't get any message though it just doesn't save. And the first four reservations that were made before the new version of the website let me add guest just fine, but this reservation made on the new site won't let me put in guest and save! Some of these glitches seems so odd I'm no ludite but I don't get computer programming for sure!
 
And just like that , the dinning reservation I tried to modify and save guests on a dozen times but wouldn't, is listed with everyone and correct the next time I go to see if it will work.... Without me updating the guests yet again. Go figure! :-)
 
Anyone having problems with the app and/or website tonight. I'm putting together/prioritizing a list of Epcot attractions and Future World basically disappeared! :eek: It was working fine, but after a crash Future World attractions no longer show up but World Showcase does. Tried it on another iPad with the same problem. Then tried it on my desktop, which worked for a few minutes but they disappeared there also. :confused3

My character keeps going back to a shadow mickey but I keep changing it. Anybody else have this issue?

I had this problem for weeks on the app. I was able to change it on the site though, and since then it has been correct on both. Hope that helps.

Being from the UK, I am not able to fully access the MDE website yet so have been using the app for my IPad. It is fraught with frustrations. Can anybody help with any of these:-

I have two room reservations linked to me on family and friends (I have organised and booked the trip and we have two rooms, one containing three adults and a child and one containing two adults). The room containing our friends (the one with the two adults in) has linked correctly, but the room we are in, is all over the place. Although it appears to show that the room is booked for the correct three adults and a child, (including our dining plan, which is also correctly listed), the list of names only contains one adult and a child (my friend and my son) Thus, my son's 14 day ultimate pass is linked in to my friend's name and although my profile has my 14 day ultimate pass linked to it, my husband and my friend (to whom, it says, my son's pass is linked), does not appear to have a pass linked to them at all!!!! I am positive I imputed everything correctly, and there appears to be no way to correct things. I wouldn't worry (we have documentary evidence that all persons are booked and paid for - including their passes and dining plan), but I am afraid that, if FP+ comes into force before our June trip (and I realise that this is a big if), we will be unable to book FPs for the people who are not named on the reservation, or have passes linked to them. :confused3

I have tried to link my existing ADRs to my profile but it keeps telling me that the phone number I submit is incorrect. I am sure that I will have used my mobile number, but it will not accept it. I have tried my home phone number and my husband's mobile number, on the off chance I had used one of those when booking, but they were not accepted either. Again, I have documentary evidence of our ADRs (printed out confirmations), so I am not worried that these are not confirmed but it is frustrating, as, again there seems to be no way around it.

I am finding it impossible to change my profile character (every time I try I get a message stating that an 'unexpected error' had occurred and I should try later). I have been trying for weeks!!!!:badpc: This, however, is not a major thing, but just another annoyance

Can anybody help with any of these issues please :sad2:

*Edited to add that I have just read the above post re the profile character. Perhaps this will resolve for me when the website is up and running fully in the UK.*

I'm having the same problem with our reservation. I had to manually link it and selected the guests but it only shows myself and our 2 year old son, my husband is missing. It correctly lists it on the reservation but not on the app. He's nowhere to be found and I can't figure out how to fix it.

I haven't been able to access my Reservations or Plans on the app for 2 days now. It keeps telling me my password is wrong and I'm 100% sure it's NOT. So frustrated!!
 
The site and the apps (well, at least the Android app) were essentially entirely offline for at least a part of yesterday. I think they simply disabled the authentication system that defaults to saying your username/password was not found, when in reality it was simply told to reject everyone. They just didn't bother going to the trouble to change the error message.

Oh, I see. Thanks for the info. I really enjoy the app, especially being able to share plans with the rest of our party. I guess I'm frustrated because I miss it! :(
 
I deleted the app today. I decided to just go to the webpage (full site) on my droid. At least I can see my info there.
 
You are very lucky!!! We do not have the website here in the UK yet, so must rely on the very frustrating and glitch filled app!!!:worried:

Mine kept telling me to enter pw and a few times I even had to enter user name. than it just spun.
 
Finally got MDE to let me do on-line check-in. Finally got the ADRs corrected. Wow, a royal pain. It better remember the corrections or I'm going to be really unhappy if I have to do it all again!

It's hard to believe that WDW allowed a site that bad to go live.

So, from my experience, MDE does sometimes work but is hard to use, really slow, and often down. Sigh...
 
I logged in to the My Disney Experience app today and clicked on "My Reservations" to see what was showing up for our May trip as I was curious to see if things like our Harmony Barber Shop reservation would be linked (it's not). I was surprised when I looked under "tickets and passes" and saw out tickets listed, as well as a separate line that says, "FastPass+ Experience". Does anyone else see this under their reservations?
