Being from the UK, I am not able to fully access the
MDE website yet so have been using the app for my IPad. It is fraught with frustrations. Can anybody help with any of these:-
I have two room reservations linked to me on family and friends (I have organised and booked the trip and we have two rooms, one containing three adults and a child and one containing two adults). The room containing our friends (the one with the two adults in) has linked correctly, but the room we are in, is all over the place. Although it appears to show that the room is booked for the correct three adults and a child, (including our dining plan, which is also correctly listed), the list of names only contains one adult and a child (my friend and my son) Thus, my son's 14 day ultimate pass is linked in to my friend's name and although my profile has my 14 day ultimate pass linked to it, my husband and my friend (to whom, it says, my son's pass is linked), does not appear to have a pass linked to them at all!!!! I am positive I imputed everything correctly, and there appears to be no way to correct things. I wouldn't worry (we have documentary evidence that all persons are booked and paid for - including their passes and dining plan), but I am afraid that, if FP+ comes into force before our June trip (and I realise that this is a big if), we will be unable to book FPs for the people who are not named on the reservation, or have passes linked to them.
I have tried to link my existing ADRs to my profile but it keeps telling me that the phone number I submit is incorrect. I am sure that I will have used my mobile number, but it will not accept it. I have tried my home phone number and my husband's mobile number, on the off chance I had used one of those when booking, but they were not accepted either. Again, I have documentary evidence of our ADRs (printed out confirmations), so I am not worried that these are not confirmed but it is frustrating, as, again there seems to be no way around it.
I am finding it impossible to change my profile character (every time I try I get a message stating that an 'unexpected error' had occurred and I should try later). I have been trying for weeks!!!!

This, however, is not a major thing, but just another annoyance
Can anybody help with any of these issues please
*Edited to add that I have just read the above post re the profile character. Perhaps this will resolve for me when the website is up and running fully in the UK.*
