Navigating the My Disney Experience (MDE) Web Site and App

Where? I can't find it. My only options under My Reservations/View Upcoming are Rooms and Dining.

On my android phone:
I click more
I than choose my reservations and click that
brings me to page with view upcoming, rooms and pkgs, and dining rssies. I have to click view upcoming and scroll all the way down to see fp+

In an attempt to help people looking (I took screenshots while holding my finger on the button so it's highlighted). Sounds like getting to it on the Android version works exactly the same, so while it might possibly look a little different, the process should be the same:

All my ADRs disappeared from the website too. I got this error:

There was an issue retrieving your dining reservations. Please try again later.

I can't check the Android App, because I can't get it to come up on my phone right now. Not sure what the problem is. I'll try it again later.

I still get this message on the website, but after restarting my phone, I am able to access the app and can see my ressies.

FYI for those who may be having trouble. I had to manually update the app to see the options for “my reservations”. Once updated, it populated all of my reservations with no problems. I’m hoping we are in one of the roll outs of the FP+ program!

I am traveling with a group and have been told I should be able to see our shared dining reservations under my plans/ family & friends reservations. I still can not see them!!! Anyone out there have any advice? In the old system we could link them but are unable to in the new system!

My husband and I just took about an hour trying to figure this out and it is finally working for us. I had booked all of the reservations and he couldn't see them. What I had to do is go to each reservation and click "Modify Guests" then I had to add all of the people who were on the reservation by name. Good luck.

Hmm...so I have added all my friends and family to the various dinning reservations except one! I added another reservation a few weeks ago and every time I go and try to "modify guest" on the reservation, it doesn't save...any suggestions?

Are you filling every dining party slot? It wouldn't let me leave one of the diners unidentified. I had to add "dummy" profiles for another family we are meeting for dinner one night.

When you have a resort reservation in the ipad app which I have appearing. When the time comes does it give you the option to check in online? At 60 days? If anybody knows and has done it.

Does the application remind you there is an upcoming event, ADR... If so how? If not does this mean you need to be constantly checking this to make sure there is not something coming up you really wanted to do?

We leave in 57 days and just trying to figure out what this will and will not do that a piece of paper would also do.

When I reached my 60-day mark (actually, according to the MDE website my countdown was at 59 days before it let me check in), I did online check-in on the website. I didn't even check the app at the time to see if I could do it from my phone.

I can say... now that it's done, I can still go in on the webstie and modify my check-in options. But I don't see any link to do this via the app. So I'm guessing there never was a way for me to do it with the app.

I had the same experience when making an ADR - it allows you to worry about the guest list later. But when later comes around, it seems to want you to fill all the slots. I tried this on both the website and the app. When I fill all the slots it works fine.

Like I said, I just made "dummy" profiles for anyone I didn't already have in my Family & Friends. Just used first names for those.

I can't get changes when I Modify Guests to save either. After selecting a profile for each person in my reservation for 5, I get an error message that states: "Sorry. The data supply has been interrupted. Please check the connection and try again." I don't think there's anything wrong with my connection. Has anyone successfully figured this one out?

I have not been able to access the MDE application on my Android phone all afternoon. Worked fine yesterday...it never times out or errors, just stalls out at the "Locating..." phase of the startup and never goes further.

Anyone else have the same issue?

Yes. I had these troubles as well this afternoon. Now it is working. I did switch my cell connection to wifi at home just now vs. 3/4g earlier today. Not sure if that mattered. And following instructions from earlier posts, I do see a button for fastpass plus that does not link anywhere yet. But excited to see it there!!!
