NASCAR Fans - Pick Your Top 5 for Watkins Glen (RESULTS page 3)

This week our 2nd road course of the year and Adam's week to go to the race (Lucky dog ) We will be watching for you Adam but why do I keep thinking I'll be looking for someone who looks like Dale Sr????

Qualifying will be Friday, Aug 13 at 3PM ET. Picks must be submitted prior to qualifying.

No regular Nextel driver is sitting out for this race but there are a few road course specialist who will have a ride this year:

#1 - Ron Fellows
#39 - Scott Pruett
#59 - Klaus Graf
#136 - Boris Said (Yea!)

1. #6 - Mark Martin (the only driver with as many wins here as Jeff)
2. #24 - Jeff Gordon (the only driver with as many wins as Mark)
3. #39 - Scott Pruett (he gave Jeff a hard time at Sonoma)
4. #136 - Boris Said (Can't not pick Boris )
5. #29 - Kevin Harvick (I've gotten over his wrecking Jeff last year at this time)

Spare - #8 - Dale Jr (He's improved his game at road courses ever since he started hanging with Boris )

By the way did you see that NASCAR is talking about "clarifying" the rules regarding Victory Lane - they are making complete fools (would use another word but you can't swear on the DIS) of themselves now.

Hey Guys, I was just wondering something. You know how there are always exchanges on the Dis. Well I was just wondering how many of us on our NASCAR thread would like to have a NASCAR exchange? If there's enough of us interested I'd be happy to put it together. We'd have to have decide on an amount to spend, maybe $10.00 to $15.00. Let me know if you guys think it's a good idea. I've never done an exchange but in our little NASCAR corner of the Dis it shouldn't be too hard to set up.

I'd love to I've done a couple of exchanges (Yankee Candle and Christmas Ornament) and when I sign up I always look for names from the NASCAR group. I've gotten 2 so far and each time I try to include a little something NASCAR. I was thinking of doing an exchange in the off season (after Christmas and before Daytona) but if there is enough interest maybe we could practice now
