Can I book this online or do I have to call?

If you want to have what is referred to as a "ticket-less package" the only way you can do that is to book a hotel directly with Disney and then have them add the Dining Plan. The only way you can do that is to call Disney. If you don't want the Dining Plan just book a room online and take your tickets with you.

the only way to book a whole package with the tickets is for dates before the expiry date (which is tomorrow). otherwise it's as Donald says above

If you want to buy the Cdn tickets at the time of booking, can you do it online but has to be before tomorrow. If you want a ticketless package (room + dining plan) because you already have the Cdn tickets you need to call them, those cannot be booked online.
