MYW Dining Question

I have been looking for a place to have a TS meal at DTD. Looking at the brochure I notice a couple of places(Planet Hollywood & Wolfgang Puck Cafe)say "Payment of a surcharge is required for certain menu entrees". What does this mean, what entrees require this, & how much is the surcharge? Thanks!

At PH the surcharge is $21. At WP its $27. So you would pay the difference for any entree over that amount.

When you say you'd pay the difference for any entree over.... $21-27 are you meaning just the entree or the total bill (per person) over those amounts? Just wondered because after you add in the appitizer, dessert and beverage...ALOT of the totals are way over $21-27...so I just want to be prepaired on what to expect. Thanks.

I called Planet Hollywood & they said just the entree. She said there are 3 entrees over $21. I think they are all steaks.
