as far as the tp roll goes, My gramps used to carry a roll of tp and plastic bags in the car for emergeny ummm yeah. He was a fisherman and construction worker so he went he could.

I think it is drugs, and they don't want the mom to know so they don't pull into the driveway or fully in front of the house so she can't hear the car, drop it in the window so she doesn't say "what's in the bag?" and then roll up to the house. Do any of them work? I wonder if you can get a cop to do a "stake-out"???
