Oh man, I love WWoHP! I went in 2011, and I'm such a Harry Potter nerd, so it was like a dream come true! The Forbidden Journey ride is so amazing. And I was chosen in the wand show at Ollivanders, which pretty much made my life.

Anyway though, you definitely should check out the Spiderman ride. That's probably my second favorite ride at the park, and I'm not even a big fan of super heroes. The Hulk is pretty great coaster too. Are you going to the Universal Studios park at all or just IoA?

How did you get to meet Tom Felton? That's awesome!

We're only going to IoA unfortunately because we only have one day there and figured we would probably be spending a good chunk of it at WWOHP hahaha. We probably won't be doing the Hulk coaster because my brother is terrified of most rides (I'm sure I'll have to bribe him to do the forbidden journey again) and my mom gets sick on really big rides haha so her limit at IoA is the dragon challenge, forbidden journey and no other BIG rides . Oh well..

and I met him at a fan convention near where I live! I thought it would be nearly impossible to meet him and that the lineups would be crazy and I'd be lucky to see him just walking by but it was sooo much better than that!

Hey Alyssa! Yes, I have 2 sweaters worn IN the actual movies!! I bought them on ebay YEARS ago!! They were worn in Chamber of Secrets (Gryffindor) and Goblet of Fire (Hufflepuff), if I remember correctly!! I'm sure they were worn by extras but who cares!! One is the regular long sleeve sweater, and one is the sweater vest. The ones the girls wear are much cuter, they button up in the front and are more form fitting but I never got my hands on one of those.

I was looking through my pictures but can't find any of me wearing them. About 5 years ago I went to a college around where I live that looks like a castle and took a bunch of pictures at night with my light up wand! It was pathetically nerdy but the pictures turned out soo cool! I think they're on my parent's computer back at their house though.

that is SO unbelievably AWESOME!! I so wish I had something from the actual set, i would probably frame it haha i would be wayyy too scared to touch it

We have a school around here too that looks just like hogwarts as well! It's super eerie at night but I never thought to take pictures with it! I'm totally doing it !

Real Life Update:

Sorry everyone, I promise I'll be getting back to DISNEY updates soon but as I've said life has gotten a little busy! We had a birthday party for my 4 year old and 2 year old cousins, the 4 year old is absolutely in LOVE with all things disney princess so I can imagine that you could only guess what she asked to be the theme for her birthday party...... that's right... PRINCESS PARTY .

It was so adorable and we all had a blast, now i bet your wondering why I'm telling you all about this.. well I had the special opportunity of being asked by her mother if my other cousin and I could dress up as princesses for the party!

PARK PLANS: EPCOT

Yay! finally time for another park plans update! okay, so don't judge me buuuut epcot is a park we want to see inside and out this trip, why you may ask? well.... *pause for suspense*.... WE'VE NEVER GONE AROUND THE WORLD SHOWCASE OR RIDDEN SOARIN! GASP!!! .

Seriously though, I don't know what on earth we were thinking because this trip I am insanely excited to see everything epcot has to offer! We are spending our first official day there with 2 ADR's mixed in, (le cellier and whispering canyon) because of the large breaks we will be taking to eat we will probably have to come and visit epcot for a bit at another point in our trip.

the reason we usually miss a lot at the parks is because we are NOT morning people.. our last trip we woke up at 10am every day, slowly got ready and made our way to the parks by lunch.. waste of a day if you ask me! we will NOT be doing that this time! My brother and I have already agreed to change our sleeping schedules well before the trip so that we will be well prepared to get up early!

our "must-dos" at epcot pretty much include everything haha
MAINLY, soarin', mission space, sum of all thrills and then the world showcase. I definitely want to do pick-a-pearl at the japan pavilion and grab a yummy croissant at the france pavilion but the day will mostly consist of shopping, wandering around, and food tasting - we also want to ride maelstrom!

one BIG thing we also can't miss at epcot is....

THE BEVERLY!! we've been dying to try it for 3 trips now and somehow have missed it all three times.. well.. not this time! I vow to get the beverly tasting photo if it kills me!

We'll be at epcot on august 22nd and there is no EMH that day so we are hoping it will be fairly quiet and we'll be able to get everything done but I'm afraid that is a little over ambitious for us since we have 2 ADRS that day!

Also, i'm in need of a bit of help! Epcot is open at 9am that day and we have and ADR at le cellier at 11:40.. what do all of you suggest we do first?​

We are all so excited to be seeing the WS finally, the most we've seen consisted of us being late to our ADR's in france so we ran through quickly only getting to glance at everything!

We're thinking of doing soaring', mission space, and sum of all thrills first and then hopefully by then we will be ready to enter the WS!

We've also ridden the seas with memo and friends.. so cute!

PARK PLANS: HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

SQUEEE! okay so this is DEFINITELY one of my favourite parks

We'll be heading to hollywood studios on saturday august 25th... we're crazy, going on a saturday when there are morning EMH's

hahaha buuut we're going to do it anyways - plus its recommended on touring plans.. so that has to count for something right? no? oh well!

Our plans for this day include a mad dash to TSMM, and Aerosmiths Rockin' Roller Coaster , and for the first time ever i am DETERMINED to ride the tower of terror!!

of course I'll be riding 2/3 of these rides all alone because my mom and brother are a bunch of chickens..

A few of the other things we NEED to get done include: star tours, the great movie ride (my brothers favourite!) and meet and greets with plenty of characters!

we'll be eating lunch at none other than.......

PIZZA PLANET! we always have our QS lunch on our HS day at pizza planet I know many people don't like it all that much but we looove the greasy pizza and toy story atmosphere it's a favourite for us!

We also definitely want us some giant turkey leg to share and some yummy cupcakes from starring rolls! I'm drooling at the thought!

We have an ADR at Sci Fi that night at 5:10pm - another favourite of ours!!

And then we'll be heading straight over to the 8:30 showing of

FANTASMIC!!!

as you can all probably see... there's a whole lot that gets me excited at HS! It'll be a long day but i'm incredibly excited.... anyone have any other suggestions of things i can't miss?​

PIN TRADING!!!

YEP, YOU HEARD ME RIGHT! I've decided to start pin trading I figure if i'm going to be taking many trips to disney for the rest of my life (at least thats the plan) I might as well get in on it, and I for one am SUPER excited to get started. Now unfortunately I live quite a ways away from the nearest disney store and because I'm in canada shipping from the disney store online is just far too expensive.. so I've bought some pins from ebay to get me started and I'll buy a lanyard and some more pins and a lanyard on my first night at Disney in august.

I've done tons of research on reputable ebay sellers and not-so-reputable ebay sellers and i've bought a few pins that i'm very excited about!

first I got a booster set of the nerds (SO cute!)

annd I bought one of stitch,

I'll be scouring ebay for the next little while to see if i can find a few more!

GOSH, I'm so excited!!!

Never rode Rock 'n Roller Coaster, but love TOT and DBF is terrified of it- will probably be with you on that one and riding single rider for that!

Suggestions: Our can't miss HS is attraction is the Muppet 3D Movie, it never gets old and we still crack up - and also Star Tours, since we love Star Wars, this is a must do!

And I LOVE your idea about the pins! Really cute- I love the nerds
