You can now say you're leaving this month!

I hadn't heard of Photopass+ but now that I've read about it, it makes so much sense that you can get your ride photos too! It's about time they did something like that. I haven't bought a Photopass CD the past two trips, but I would tempted to do something like that now if it includes ride photos.

As for the backpacks, I really like the Toy Story one, but that's mainly because I'm not a huge fan of backpacks that have flaps over the openings, at least not at Disney. Plus, while I can't tell how large the other two are, if the Toy Story one is for kids, it's probably smaller, and I tend to think smaller backpacks are better at WDW, provided they can still fit everything you need. I actually really want to get the Brave kids backpack from the Disney Store, because it's on sale, but I bought a new backpack before my June trip. I'm always obsessed with finding the perfect bag for Disney haha.

Thanks ladies!! I ended up going with the Toy Story backpack and I also bought an ADORABLE minnie mouse backpack! I'll post a picture of it as soon as I get my photo bucket account working again!

We've actually been discussing cancelling our Whispering Canyon ADR.. we're worried it will be too much like Montana's cookhouse and take too much time away from the parks! on the other hand the food looks wonderful and I love the silly antics that go on!! what do you guys think?? I'm stuck at a fork in the road for this one.​

We went to Whispering Canyon on our last trip. We had fun but probably won't go again. I'd say it's worth a try but it probably won't be your fave of the trip!

I actually just ordered another pin from "sleepys_emporium" on 8/1/12 and got it today! I totally recommend going through them if you want it quick. Plus, if you order 3 items, you get free shipping. We got a lanyard, some pin backs and a Mickey as Eeku Monsters Vinylmation pin. I'm going to have this one on Ashton's lanyard as an arrival surprise!

13 DAYS UNTIL WE ARE IN THE HAPPIEST PLACE ON EARTH!

let's start by posting some pictures from previous trips to get us(me) excited

Hi everyone!!! I'm so excited writing this post because I know it's only ELEVEN MORE SLEEPS UNTIL OUR VACATION BEGINS!! AHH! :eek!

We've made a fewwww more tweaks to our itinerary... yep.. We're THOSE people that just start second guessing everything at the last minute and have to make silly unnecessary changes.. oh well. I'm happy with these changes!

**WARNING** IF YOU ARE EASILY BORED WITH DETAILS SKIP THIS NEXT PARAGRAPH AND HEAD STRAIGHT TO THE SENTENCE IN THE GREEN FONT**

I mentioned previously that I was worried about not getting enough park time with all of the ADR's we had planned and that I was considering cancelling whispering canyon.. WELL... for some strange out of this world reason we decided to go ahead and cancel whispering canyon.. only to ADD on a reservation at 50'S PRIME TIME!! . I know, it makes little sense at all... dropping one and adding another on the same planned day.. BUT HEAR ME OUT! we were worried about Whispering Canyon because in order to get there from Epcot we would have to bus over (at 5pm) to eat dinner when we already had a MASSIVE lunch at Le Cellier so to me it seemed to early to be eating such a large meal again, and I didn't want to leave Epcot THAT early! So we decided to book an ADR at 50's Prime at 8:45pm. brother and I LOVE this place.. mom.. well.. not so much, she says it reminds her too much of her outdated kitchen as a kid haha. So instead we would leave epcot much later around 7:45/8ish through the international gateway and take the boat over to hollywood studios! It will be a great way to rest our feet for a bit after a long day AND it's MUCH easier to get from to PORFQ from HS than from the wilderness lodge when we will be waking up EXTRA early for universal the next morning.

Anyways, I've probably confused you with the details.. long story short. We're all happier with this change! Whispering canyon some other time I suppose S'mores dessert at 50's Prime Time HERE WE COME!

My home/personal life right now is PRETTY busy.. I literally have everyday from here until our trip packed with things to do!!! here is a brief summary:

Thurs 9th: Work all day
Fri 10th: Hair appointment (getting rid of those highlights!) and shopping for the bride of the wedding I'm in for her bachelorette/girls night with some of my girlfriends! (DBF is in los angeles right now!! jealous..)
Sat 11th: Bachelorette
Sun 12th: Work
Mon 13th: SEE DBF - he's home from LA this day
Tues 14th: Work (last shift before I start my vacation from work!)
Wed 15th: Wedding party Mani/Pedis and trip preparations
Thurs 16th: Wham Bam concert!
Friday 17th: Wedding prep/rehearsal dinner
Sat 18th: THE WEDDING!!
Sun 19th: PACKING
Mon 20th: LEAVE FOR BUFFALO AND OFF TO DISNEY! WOOHOO!

see? pretty busy right? I told you!
truth be told I'm pretty excited for all of it!

oh! I went shopping again and bought a cute new bathing suit top by the way!

My cousin was on the Canadian Olympic Artistic Gymnastics team this year.. so I thought it was fitting!

Man oh man, I'm so excited I can hardly contain it! I've literally been sleeping, eating, breathing and dreaming DISNEY! this can't come any sooner!

anyways... it's time to head off to work but I promise to keep you all updated with my goings-on before this trip!

I've also been considering doing a trip report when this is all over? show of hands? would anyone be interested in reading it? I'm a little hesitant since I've never done one before! ​
