My Disney Experience - HELP

I am using a TA, this is our first trip and I felt overwhelmed with having to do all the planning myself. Anyway so my TA made the reservations. I linked it to MDE account. i see our resort, park tickets, dining planning, etc. But where is the payment page? I know if you use a TA, you can make changes, add or delete stuff, etc, but geez I want to at least be able to see my balance, payments I have made. I plan on using some gift cards, assuming my TA will have to add it in for me, but after that I want to see what the balance is. Is there a link or option for me to view this?

You won't see a payment page on MDE. That is Disney's page/account. You booked through a TA so you pay the TA and the TA transfers the funds to Disney as required, so what you are seeing is correct.

Your agreement is with the TA. The TA's agreement is with Disney. I hope that makes sense. Although it's not what you may have expected, it would appear to be correct.

If I had booked it myself, i would then be able to see it?

My TA said payments dont go to them, that it goes directly to Disney because they specialize in Disney and are Disney TA's. Even so, still no chance of viewing this huh? Sucks. Lol

I book directly through Disney. I can't see my payment page through MDE. I have to log into my booking on the Disney website and I can see it there, but not on MDE. I don't know if that makes it better or worse for you, but hopefully it clears things up.

Even though the TA pays Disney directly, your contract is with the TA, on behalf of Disney. It is one of the reasons I no longer use third party agents - I like total control (albeit that this can also be somewhat limited). If all your details on MDE are showing up correctly and you can book your FP and ADRs, I'd say you are still a winner
