I don't think so. I joke around, but I'm pretty quick to pick up computer issues, and it's definitely the site. I've been on the phone with Disney IT and they can't figure it out either, which means more than likely, it's a bug.
I support your view on this. Four phone calls to IT of about four hours combined to sort out issues with my MDE in January and yesterday I log into my account and my 'extra people' are back

Got a text from my friend this morning who's 60 day window opened for FP+ today. She logged into her account and there is nothing there. Nada. Wiped. Gone.
