I want to affirm what christophfam said ... I'm afraid for a first-time visit, you're going to spend way too much time traveling from park to park and not enough time in the park itself. With a 5-year-old, you don't want to wear her out (forgive me if I sound like I'm doing the parenting for ya!!) - and the Magic Kingdom is going to have all the special stuff her heart desires. Plus, you've got that hefty charge for park hopping privileges, which seems kinda steep for just one day.
If she's a Pooh fan, the Crystal Palace is a clear winner. CRT would be a stellar, unforgettable experience. But if you want to hop a monorail, I'd go with 1900 Park Faire, which I much prefer to Chef Mickey's. I think a character meal is definitely the way to go.
Have fun planning! I wish I could see your daughter when she first lays eyes on the castle. Sweeeet!
